"New septic system installed in 2015 for a elderly woman. Wanted system to be up to code. Over 20,000.00. Pumped tank out, said it was a 1,000 gallon tank. In estimate of work to be done said 1,000 gallon tank. They hired an engineer for a plan that said 1,000 gallon tank. Go to sell it this year and find out it is not up to code-not a 1,000 gallon tank. Call multiple times and went in person to discuss problem. Never able to speak with the owner. Would not admit responsibility or rectify problem. Would not return calls. Sent an email that they would correct the problem for an additional 5,000.00."
