Frank was the best. I am so happy with my bathroom ceramic tile floor. I would recommend him to everybody. He was very knowledgeable about the job. Frank is the greatest tile person and he has a great personality. Thank you Frank for giving me a great bathroom.

Frank is the ultimate professional. We hired Frank to tile our kitchen, his attention to detail is exceptional. He was prompt, and diligent in every detail. I highly recommend Frank for all your tile needs. He is the Master of his trade. By the end of the job, we felt like he was part of our family. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

Just had bathroom backsplash installed by Frank. I had bought glass tiles ahead of time and he installed it beautifully so glad that I did not try to do it myself. Frank is such a professional and such a nice person I would hire him in a minute to do another job.

Simply the best! I knew when Frank first came to our home for the estimate that he is who I wanted for the job. We were replacing an old whirlpool tub with a new one and needed to get the old tub out of an intact hall bathroom, and install another. It was a challenging task-much more involved than I thought initially. Our old tub installers had mis-measured so we had an unattractive narrow course of tile around the old tub. Frank had an idea of how to raise the new whirlpool and eliminate the unattractive narrow course of tile. It looks so much better! Frank and Ken engineered the old whirlpool out and the new whirlpool into the bathroom without harming anything. And, boy, was it a challenging tight fit. The associated tile work was beautiful and they also installed grab bars, a towel bar, and fixed the other towel bars in the bathroom, which were loose. Frank and Ken completed the job inside three days. It would have taken less skilled craftsmen twice the time and Iâ m not even sure anyone else could have produced such a beautiful finish product. They were amazingly neat and respectful of us and our home. They stretched our pocketbook but they were worth it. I enjoyed having Frank and Ken around and I donâ t enjoy usually the process of home improvement projects. Frank and Ken noticed that the door from our garage to our sunroom was loose and they fixed it without charge. Great guys and skilled craftsmen! Iâ ve never seen better. So glad I found Frank and Ken!

Kenny and Frank are the absolute best. They just finished a kitchen up that involved removing existing backsplash and reinstalling a new backsplash. Nothing was too much trouble I have dealt with numerous contractors that talk you into projects, not these two they encourage you to select your own tile and then they do a beautiful meticulous install. my tile had numerous cuts and each was laid with precision. they did an excellent job cleaning up after the project was finished and answered any questions that I had without any problems. Do not hesitate to hire this company. You will not be disappointed! I cannot wait to think of my next tile project

Frank had to come back a couple of times to fix grout, and his plumber was suppose to come back to put a faucet kit on my tub and he didn't even after my phone call to him, as per plumber's request . They are very social people Frank and Kenny.

Frank Maniscalco did a beautiful quality job installing a porcelain tile floor in my daughterâ s basement living room. He gave us great advice about where to get the best deal on porcelain tiles and what color grout to purchase. He gave us details on how to protect the floor and when it could be actively used. He and Ken worked very hard to complete the project on time, and even agreed to do a job to repair a sliding door that was getting in the way of the new floor threshold. Frank and Ken are very outgoing and friendly, and it was a pleasure having them work for us. I intend to recommend Frank to anyone interested in installing tile floors. I give him the highest possible recommendation. 5+!

Frank did a remarkable job. He loves what he does and it shows. He and Kenny arrived on time, was respectful of my home and possessions and exhibited professionalism that was impeccable. They removed my old tile floor, replaced 50 year old pipes, built up subfloor etc before laying new tile floor and installing new chair height toilet in my small bathroom. Frank showed me every step of the process and it was educational for me as a homeowner. He gave me his undivided attention as he only does one job at a time. I highly recommend him.

Frank and Ken are expert craftsmen in their trade! Frank has been in business for 40 years and the two of them been working together for 30 years! They are very gracious and accommodating and just all around GREAT PEOPLE! They spent two weeks in our home and our bathroom, vanity area and walk-in closet look absolutely stunning!! We are looking to possibly have them do more tile work in our kitchen/dining room area. These guys are the best!!!

I am an individual who takes time to research contractors and interview them to ensure a good match. I have been burned in the past by a contractor so I was quite leery. I met Frank at my house at the designated time and he was 10 minutes early. I explained the entire process of what he was going to do and the length of time it would take. Frank sent me a written proposal which was very professional and detailed everything to what he said at our initial meeting. Frank shows a lot of enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoys his work. He arrived everyday day on time with his assistant Kenny who was also a professional. These guys covered everything in the bedroom and cleaned up everything after the days work. Frank kept me updated with the progress of the job and made excellent suggestions. I had ideas in mind and he pointed out other options which proved to be better. My old bathroom was old, antiquated but functional. Now it is new and gorgeous!! I look forward to taking a shower and spend extra time in bathroom admiring Frank and Kens workmanship. I highly recommend Frank for home improvement projects and will definitely use him again for any future projects.

Frank answered his phone, kept me posted on progress, kept his word, and was polite, professional, and clean - all very rare in my experience with contractors. And his workmanship was superior! The job is beautiful. Oh, and he is a really nice guy. I will be using him again for sure... and recommending him, too.

Frank and Ken worked tirelessly for four days taking no breaks.they were meticulous in their work,polite and good humored,took away all their trash and cleaned up after themselves nicely. they would not even accept my suggestion for a lunch break with me making them sandwiches. They truly know their craft and I give them top rating in every aspect.

I am a contractor myself and was very reluctant to use Home Advisor but gave it a try. Frank came out to my house within one day to give me an estimate. I felt very comfortable with Frank and he assured me of a professional job. This is one job that I did not want to do myself. Frank gave a date and showed up with another professional tile person named Ken. They both worked continuously for two days until the job was complete. They were beyond professional. If I could give then 10 stars I would. They were very neat and clean and were always conscious to not damage anything. Upon arrival they put CLEAN drop cloths down and went right to work. You will not be disappointed if you hire him.

I only have high praises for Frank. He was very attentive to details and was not afraid to tackle difficult situations. My kitchen floor was extremely out of whacked, but Frank was able to tamed the "nightmare" floor and made it into a beautiful, smooth, and even tiled floor. Which no other contractor wanted to handled. It took awhile to finish the projects since many other projects kept popped up. And, Frank always insisted on doing the jobs the right way. I would not hesitate for a second in recommending Frank to anyone. In fact several of my neighbors have already contacted him. You won't go wrong with Frank. Thank you Frank for all of the hard work that resulted in a beautiful house. May only good things come your way.

Very attentive to detail and takes pride in seeing a job done to the highest standard.

Found many mistakes after he finished. Chipped tiles on the wall, missing grout in areas, grout didn't have a uniform color throughout the wall, missing accent piece filled in with grout, left protective covering over mother of pearl accents while grouting. Also took a spot light from my house and charged my way to much for that low quality of work.

Frank is simply the best in the business. He remodeled our complicated bathroom in 2 weeks and we were his only, #1 focus. He is extremely detailed, and always asked our opinion before making even the small stylistic decisions. He prides himself on the quality of his work and we can attest that everything was absolutely perfect for a fair price. No nickle and diming. He did everything exactly as he said he would. Hiring Frank for the job was the best decision we have made so far as homeowners. It was a pleasure having him work in our home and we look forward to having him back for another project someday!

Frank is a god send from heaven. From the very start Frank gave me a feeling of security concerning what was needed to be done and what he was going todo. He didn't try to promise what he couldn't deliver but boy did he come through.
