Friendly, on time responsible gets the job done I was amazed at the time that the job was finish very quickly and done well. Explain everything that he was going to do and made a lay out of it. the job came out even better than I could have imagined. My rating for Frank is a 5 stars, if it were possbile I would give him a higher rating, so well deserved.

Frank really extended himself and did a wonderful job on difficult tile... hand placed pieces and created a piece of art, really.

Frank and his partner John make a wonderful team. I had my kitchen counter upgraded to granite, with tile & glass mosaic backsplash and my floors upgraded to tile. First of all, Frank's materials are absolutely beautiful and you will not find a selection like his. Frank and John's workmanship and professionalism are superior ! I have the most amazing kitchen, thanks to the both of them ! Every time I walk past my kitchen, I stop and stare - because it's truly a "work of art" ! I would highly recommend Frank to anyone/anytime. I'm considering upgrading my bathroom in the fall, and Frank will be the first person I call for the job.

Frank was friendly, responsive, and good-natured. He had no problem tiling over existing tile that was in good shape, unlike some other contractors. He recommended the proper materials for the job and finished tiling our small bathroom within two days. It looks fabulous - Frank did excellent work!

Contractor was called on short notice and we got materials in. The contractor responded extrodinary well after coming and looking at project. I was thrilled because we have a compliucated backsplash that had a design

I am forced to rank Frank 5 stars. My choice would to rank Frank 10 Stars. Unfortunately, 10 stars are not available. Frank was an exellent source of information. There were some concerns regarding installing new tile over an existing tile floor. Where other contractors had indicated that there would be problems, Frank reviewed the project and made suggestions as to how to overcome the problem and still provide a beautiful floor. Frank worked extremely hard, to fulfill our request. I strongly recommend Frank for all ServiceMagic tile work. This is what Frank does, he is not a handy man he is indeed a tile Expert. He was very very professional. Frank took a lot of pride in his work and he was extremely friendly and courteous. He was dedicated to his craft and made sure we were happy with each and every aspect of his work. Frank has a wonderful personality and he wouldn't stop until he was completely satisfied with our floor. He took pride in what he did and we will highly recommend him to our family and friends. He is fantastic and our Powder Room looks Superb!

Frank did a great job on our bathroom - it was a difficult repair job and the results are very good. He stuck to his estimate and time frame, which are the two most important factors.

I met Frank Maniscalco and was quite impressed with him. The way he presented himself and the way he explained the job to me was excellent. His response was immediate and he completed my bathroom floor in 2 days. He installed ceramic tile in the bathroom and I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the work he did for me. He was very neat and cleaned up completely after he was done. It does not look like a contractor even visited my house. Frank is really really a nice guy and yes I would recommend him to others. I would highly recommend Frank Maniscalco to anyone needing countertops and backsplash installed. Frank came out to my home and I explained what I wanted done. He listened to what I said and let me know that I was the driver in this project. He took me to the warehouse to choose the slab that I wanted and even allowed me to let the cutters know what parts of the slab that I wanted to use. Frank was very attentive and had me involved in every aspect of the project. Affordable he was and wasted no time putting the plan in action. I am still estactic and find myself living in my kitchen. EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frank was professional and reliable. It was refreshing to see the pride he takes in his work. He loves to talk, so be prepared to socialize!

Frank is very knowledgeable and a pro in laying down tile. He's a professional, a gentleman, and keeps you informed of what he is doing.He consults with you before the job, in between, and at the end. He's willing to pick up the tile for you from the store,. Also,when he sets a date, he arrives, and works very hard throughout the day and continues each day thereafter until the job is completely done, Most of all, Frank thoroughly cleans up after the project. I am elated with the job that Frank did on my laundry room floor. The room is more that I ever imagined, just by changing the floor which gave me the incentive now to repaint the walls.

If you want tile, Frank is your man. Job was completed on schedule, on budget and the work could not be better. My wife and I are extremely satisfided with Franks work, knowledge, work ethics. Frank will treat your home as if it was his own, only probley better. Every one who has seen the job just loves it.
