Frank is the best professional!!! He did excellent job- arrived on time and completed job on time. The job was done to perfection for a good reasonable price.

He did an awesome job was there on time and professional. I am looking for other projects for him to do once I'm ready. His work is excellent a real craftsman and he cleans up after himself.

Frank and his help are the GREATEST!!!!!! He contacted us 15 minutes after we contacted service magic,and was at our home the next day to give us an estimate.He was very fair and professional. He started the job a week ahead of schedule and finished a day early and did every thing that was promised and beyond. He is ACES!!!!! I would recomnd him to any one actually we already have. Frank was great! he responded to my RFQ in 5 minutes! I am renovating my bathroom so I wanted tile in the shower stall and on the floor. My wife and I went to his shop to pick out tile, we wound up changing our minds so Frank came to our house with the samples and went over everything with us. Frank started the job the day he started and finished when he said he would. What a great guy to work with, so personable and professional! Frank wound up installing in floor electric heat at no charge to us. Frank is the best contractor I have ever worked with and he does great work!

Frank was incredibly responsive and worked around our personal work schedules. I would recommend him for other construction/remodeling jobs.

Frank and John are TRUE PROFESSIONALS! They came here while we were going through a very bad situation with THE CONTRACTORS FROM HELL! and laid our tile in our back basement, finished laying tile in a bathroom and are coming back to finish and redo the messed up jobs of our previous contractors. I am only sorry I did not look for another contractor via service magic, as we have done on other previous jobs to be done in our home.

Frank came to my house on a Wednesday and started work on Monday. He quoted me a price and a time frame and kept to his word. Frank and John are professional, polite and very respectful. They finished my new kitchen floor in three days. I will use them again for my next home project. If your looking for someone who really stand behind their work then hire Frank Maniscalo.

Frank did an excellent job laying my ceramic tile. He assisted me with the selection of the colors for my grout and the type of ceramic tile that I should use. I had no idea how he was going to lay tile i my foyer area, the floor was not level. He figured out how to do it and the foyer looks magnificent. His price was reasonable and he finished the job in a timely fashion. He hardly took any breaks,

Frank, was hired to install tile for baseline over 1000sf. He showed up on time, did an incredible job, very neat, and clean. He was a very hard and reliable worker and produced a floor that was far beyond my wildest dream. He lined up the floor perfectly and completed the job ahead of schedule. Frank came out, checked out the job, made sure what we wanted and gave us a price on the spot. Came out two weeks later and did the most amazing title job that I have ever seen. Every cut, each piece placed perfectly. This was a basement floor over 600sf, Frank made it level, and look like it perfect. Frank does beautiful work. He tiled a bathroom floor and a kitchen backsplash for me and they both turned out gorgeous! Frank is a conscientious worker who loves what he does and it shows in the results. He's very personable making it easy to work with him through the projects. He leaves your house as clean as when he arrives. I would highly recommend Frank for all your tiling needs!

I had a very old and moldy shower in a rental property that needed tiling. Frank responded to my request promptly and gave me a fair quote. He even repaired and completed an unexpected and unrelated task at no charge because he felt to not complete it would be �not doing the job right� He also explained everything that he was doing and why. He maintained a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm for the project despite being confronted with many, many unexpected and daunting challenges along the way. I will only use him for this type of work in the future and have no reservations with referring him to anyone that needs tile work done.
