Employees, John, Mario, Evan, and Angel did work on my grandaunt's home. I had two other companies come to give me an estimate one was going to charge a cheaper price and the other was charging more. I went with Jersey Pest in the middle not because I wanted to spend more money obviously no one wants that, but because the employees walked me through the process. The representatives from the other companies felt a little like fast talkers and as you know in construction people especially women can be taken advantage of. They seemed trustworthy and like really good guys and that was important to me in my decision making. I also have to add the secretary, as with every communication she was so amiable over the phone and she made the paperwork process feel effortless.

Great communication. Very thorough service. The squirrels reacted exactly as they predicted and left after one night. Seemed expensive but very effective and a three year warranty so was worth it.

They showed up on time and inspected not only where the raccoons entered the attic but checked other areas where they may attempt to enter and secured those spots. They are suppose to return and repair the area once the animals shave exited havenâ t gotten a callback yet overall they were professional and quick

They were quick in responding and able to set an appointment immediately and do the work the same day. They are very responsive and helpful, but I'm still having trouble getting the invoice so I'm unsure of the breakdown of costs, so I can't really rate the value for cost. Extremely professional and completed the work quickly.

I received a phone call telling me that the charge would be $300.00 and when they came, the price was $400.00. I was upset enough by having a mole so I paid them.

Excellent service! Dave, Andrew & Janelle were the best!! Very prompt, always informed us on time of arrivals. And there were many. Dave gave us their plan for ridding us of bats and remediation! Sounded good and price was fair. Job done and we are very happy! Hard workers and really appreciated their honest and friendly service!! Excellent 5 stars! Best!!!

Did an excellent job installing tunnel for squirrels and covering holes they ate through. Went in attic looking and trying to find and lure them out. Work also came with warranty for 3 years.

The service was prompt, fast and the employees were very pleasant and helpful. And a great price! Would definitely use them in the future.

Fast and prompt service, I called on Wednesday afternoon, someone was here Thursday afternoon. Said they would be between 11-1, called at 12:00, and arrived 30 minutes later. They checked out my issue for free. Told me I have no issues, and didnà  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  t even need to get my chimney cleaned...they could have took advantage, and I would have never known. They have integrity, thatà ¢à  à  s the most important thing!

They came in a timely manner. Did the job and left.

We were charged an initial $500 for some wire mesh used to prevent more bats from entering the attic, and the mesh didn t stay in place, but fell to the ground. When I called them to tell them they needed to come back, no one answers the phone and no one calls back. I will not use this company again

They installed wire funnels to allow squirrels and racoons to exit,without lethal methods. Though the critters are gone, I have repeatedly contacted them to remove this temporary solution. 3 years later they are still here and I will need to hire someone else to repair my home.

Unprofessional!! This company charged me $400 for a problem that never existed. I originally called them because there was an odor of a dead animal coming from my wall. When they came out I showed them a spot in the back of my house that looked chewed, a spot in the siding that leads to a crawlspace under an addition. When I showed them the spot they disregarded it and said that it was caused by a Weedwhacker and not by chewing. They proceeded to say that I had squirrels in the attic and that one must have fallen down the wall and became stuck. They went up on ladders they said that they found four holes and that they sealed them. They did not provide any pictures or proof. After they left we started to have an activity in the lower half of the house Above the addition, nowhere near the attic. We had them come out two more times each time they disregarded my thoughts. Finally, we had another exterminator come out they verified my first instinct that something had gotten under the crawlspace in the addition. They also checked the attic and said that we had no evidence that we ever had squirrels up there. I contacted the company to let them know this and they have not reached back out to me. They stopped responding to emails and phone calls because they knew that they lied to me. Instead of doing the right thing and apologizing they have chosen to ignore me.

Jersey Pest and Animal Control took care of my 'problem' *fast* by humanely trapping the marmot and taking him (her?) away for release in greener pastures. I hope she's happy in her new digs.
