This is the third company I’ve had out in as many years, and this is the first person who offered to go out to our Garage and shed and treat out there too. He was so thorough! The crew came out promptly and put a one-way exit on my chimney so the raccoons could not get back in. The previous company I used trapped the raccoons and it took months for the trapping and verification that the animals were out. The one-way exit was a far better method. The crew was a bit slow in coming back to permanently block the chimney but that was not a problem. They took the time to do a second inspection to ensure that there were no additional entry points into my home. Update July 2018 - The raccoons are back. Last year I repeatedly asked for and received confirmation that all 4 chimney openings were sealed so that I wouldn't have to go through this again. The raccoons were back in the chimney via another flue this spring. The guys came back, installed a one-way trap and sealed the opening as before. The price doubled between last year and this year and if the work had been done per my instructions last year, I wouldn't have had trouble this year. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding - I thought all 4 openings were sealed and under the 3 year guarantee while JP&AC only sealed and guaranteed one opening. Make sure you are very clear on the work that is done and exactly what is covered by the guarantee.

Excellent Company - I called them on a Sunday evening and immediately spoke with them. They sent out 2 technicians Monday morning to help deal with yellow jacket nests in our wall! They were punctual, neat, kept me informed during the entire service call and completely addressed our issue. They guaranty the work, prices were competitive and they did not push me into recurring monthly / annual contract. While here, I had them treat for mice and check for termites. They also did try to push me into any other services which they felt were not warranted based on their inspection. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends/family!
