Gary thoroughly inspected the house, advised the best source of remedy for our animal issue, and completed the work of removing the remnants left behind (the animal was no longer in the house) and sealing up the area(s) of access. I will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Gary did an excellent job in resolving our year long problem with squirrels. When Gary came to our residence, he explained to my wife and me his plan to allow the squirrels a way out, without giving them a chance to come back in. Gary said in about 2 days they should be gone. On the second day, he called to check the status of the squirrels. We agreed to leave the exit traps up for another week. When Gary called yesterday, he said he would return today. True to his word, he came back this morning, removed the traps and restored the house to its original look. It was a totally professional job. If I ever have a pest problem again, I will only use him. I now have peace of mind. Many thanks from the Jacksons!

The installer(,Dave) explained the situation clearly. they were able to complete the first part of the job today, and installed escape tunnels in case any birds are stuck in there. The tunnels allow for escape, but not re-entry.The permanent guards will be installed in 7-10 days once it is confirmed that all wildlife has exited the three exhaust vents

When Gary showed up I was only expecting an inspection and quote. It didn't take long for the thorough inspection and I was more than pleased when he told me they could start right away. Hopefully I won't be having any more problems.
