The company was good, however, I was told that the oven and refrigerator would be pulled out so they can check there as well for the mice. This didn't happen. It also didn't happen for my neighbor since I was in the house when they did their work. I would have liked to been able to clean behind the appliances before they just placed the position. Both gentlemen were very nice and respectful. I also had to provide them with booties to put over their shoes. I would think that this would just be a policy that the company requires of their people. It's been a week and I have seen some droppings in one of my cabinets so I will give it a little bit more time.

I hired them because i kept hearing noises in my attic and it sounded like something was playing with a ball. As soon as they got there and i told them that they knew almost right away what it was flying squirrels!!! And they humanly are getting them out

If you are on a budget, this company isn't for you. I got such a prompt response from Dan that I mistakenly booked the job without checking other places. He charged $225 for spraying indoors and outdoors; I priced another place later and the cost was $145. My house isn't even a stand alone; I have an end unit town home. I had wasps getting in my bedroom window; plugging a few holes took about 25 minutes and cost me $350. With tax, I paid $613. I'm retired and on a fixed income, and this is too much to pay. I haven't had any wasps, and the gentleman that did the work was wonderful, but I'm hoping you don't make the same mistake I made!

Techs arrived within 30 minutes of scheduled timeframe. Appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection and plan to eliminate the pests invasion.

The business promptly called me to schedule the work after I submitted the request to HomeAdvisor. They were willing to arrive a little later in the day to accommodate my work schedule. Their employee showed up on time and was thorough and respectful. They even offered to return and service again if the insect problem persists. Recommended.

Gary, Gary Jr, and Ron were great to work with. I would have given them 5 stars instead of 4 stars but during the first visit when setting traps of for the squirrels at the house 2 openings were overlooked and they had to stop by the next day to wire them. Due to the second trip I was charged again for a separate service where as if all of the openings were addressed on the first visit the charge would have reflected the one visit and perhaps 25% less of the two charges combined. Besides that great company and I would use them again.

Unfortunately, Mighty Mouse has nothing on the crew that was in my house!! They must have been here for years!! I had to call exterminator back n was VERY FORTUNATE to have ERIC come out! He did a lot of explaining and reloaded my bait stations. It's been 4 days n I don't see any new droppings! THANK GOD!! I was horrified when I first found them but feel much better now. THANK YOU, ERIC!!
