Called because of carpenter bees, said they could be here within an hour and they were. Inspected house, very professional and bees are gone

Very nice people to work with. It took them a while to solve my racoon problem in the attic but they were very patient and animal friendly. Overall good experience.

Overall, my experience was good. The gentleman that came out was professional and even provided tips and advice. I only wished that he sprayed the vent directly as opposed to after he put the cage on it. Initial spray, the can became stuck and sprayed out. He also didn't remove the nest, so I have to wait to see if the nest have eggs. If so, I'll be making another call and exercising my 3 yr guarantee. That's the great thing. I wasn't too thrilled with the price and realized I could have done it all myself but I'm sceeved by bugs, birds and creepy crawlers.
