SOS Pest and Animal Control

I am so impressed with Jersey Pest and Animal Control. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon because I had a problem. Guests at our house had noticed ants, and we needed to get rid of the pests before the Sabbath. Jersey Pest and Animal Control came within an hour or two and took care of the entire problem. Although they charged a bit more than I was expecting, their proimpt service, graciousness, and overall professionalism made it worthwhile. I'd use them again in a heartbeat,

I received the service I expected.

I had birds going in and out of the side of my house by the atic area inaccessible from inside the house. The Birds we’re nesting inside. They took care of the problem. They installed a screen to prevent them from coming back and a tunnel made out of the screen so any birds still inside can come out but not come back in. They are supposed to come back and remove the tunnel. Great job! Birds are gone and they sprayed for bird mites as well.

The technician who answered the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. The crew arrived on time and made quick work of the project. I felt that the quote for the work was quite high and I should have shopped around due to the fact that I did not have an emergency.

They didn’t remove the birds or patch the hole the first time out. They had to make a second trip after I heard noises in the attic.

Contacted Jersey Pest and Animal Control through home advisors, they responded immediately. They was very professional and courteous. I think the price is a little high but that seems to be the way of things now, I just have to wait now and see if my problem is solved. Another good thing is they do give you a three year warranty so really can't complain to much about the price. I would recommend them...

Dan called right away and came down within hours. he was professional, courteous and well versed in his trade. unfortunately, the price in doing these jobs are expensive and he did what he could to minimize it.

The took care of my problem and definitely made sure I was happy when everything was finished.

Scheculed through Home Advisor app using the call now option, reached a live person, scheduled the appointment. Jersey Pest was able to accommodate the next day as we had bees around an area where kids play. Arrive aa schecuked, planned, quickly completed the job. I have noticed that the bees are already disappearing.

Although the workers were prompt and courteous, I have an issue with Dan who answers their phone number. I explained that we need a separate letter showing that their 3yr. warranty is transferable to the new owners of our house at closing. His response is that the info is on the invoice. This will not suffice at closing according to our real estate agent. She also called him to explain why this will not work and was given a hard time on the phone. I would expect better for the amount of money spent on this project.

Had them come to get rid of my mouse problem in Oct 2017 and still had a problem a month or two after they came. Then they came back, free of charge, to reload the feeders/traps. I reached out again last month and received no return text or call. I can still hear the mice ! So I paid over $400 dollars and I still have the issue. I'm not pleased.

I had a snake in my outside porch. Obviously it didn't stick around to be captured, but NJ Pest assured me that they have a six month guarantee for their work so If it makes another visit, I can give them a call.

This was a difficult job as carpenter bees are hard to remove. They came as promised and came again to redo certain areas.

Got rid of an ant problem I had very quickly. Only complaint I have is they were very sloppy. Solution was oversprayed on my cabinets and furniture.

The gentlemen explained everything as they worked. They were very considerate and professional.
