This is a 3rd generation company that is very experienced in servicing people and being as fair as we can with our pricing and getting the job done correctly. We are very animal friendly, and we take pride and helping wildlife removed and set free as safe as we possibly can. We are a company that will not give false information to our customers just to get the job. We know an unexpected problem cuts into people's finances and try to be as fair as we can to make, the customer happy and keep our business going. We value our work and integrity. And work safely and respect our customers' needs to have rodent, pest and animal free home.

I was contacted by their sales rep immediately after looking on HomeAdvisor, and they were available to do the job (removing a hornet nest) immediately. The price was on the high side ($200) for this job (I'd gotten $100 - $150 estimates), but the trade-off was that they showed up and knocked it out. Definitely would call them again if needed for other services.

We found carpenter ants when painting a bedroom. Even though it was a Sat, I looked up an exterminator on Home Advisor and they called within 5 minutes and came within 2 hours. It made it difficult to spray the baseboards with all the painters gear, but she stuck that nozzle into the crevise at the corner of there and pumped those critters out! She will return after the painters are done to spray the rest of the floor boards. (no other infestation was seen to address right then. Efficient, did the outside and in the crawl space on a hot humid day that parallels North Carolina.
