DO NOT HIRE JERSEY PEST AND ANIMAL CONTROL. I hired Gary Rossi to eliminate an ant problem in February. He guaranteed the work for 12 months. I continue to have an ant problem. I have made several attempts to have the problem addressed, but continue to get the run around. I was told a technician would contact me in a few days, but its been over a week. I didn't even question the high price due to the guarantee and immediate service.

Reliable worked non-stop!

Calls to office were not returned as promised after the required number of days giving the treatment time to work. Call to office made on 1/9/19 and was told they would send someone in next two days to check problem. Today is 1/17/19, no one as yet.

Owner was very attentive, professional. Came out late in the day even when it was dark out, got the job done! Highly recommend.

What I thought were squirrels turned out to be a very large fat raccoon in my attic. They were supportive when I freaked, and got the critter out of the attic, wired shut a few holes that he used as an entry way. As far as I'm concerned they are my go to for resolution of these type of problems. Great customer service and very professional.

They sprayed my kitchen for ants on 20180620 for $239.91 after tax. The guarantee was for one entire year of no ants. I am HAPPY to report that as of today, 20190104, I have not seen a SINGLE LIVE ant in my kitchen. After this treatment, as with all previous pest control services treating me for ants, plenty of dead ants will be seen on my kitchen counter for a week or two. That is to be expected. I WAS skeptical at first how quickly Jersey Pest & Animal Control sprayed. I expected a more thorough spraying. I doubted the promise of no ants for an entire year. However, the evidence so far shows Jersey Pest is right. If no live ants come between today, 20190104 and 2019 June, I'll change my vote from a cautious-4 to a 5! $239.51 for 1 year of pest control sure beats $539 as another service offered for 1 year of pest control, involving 4 sprayings. Because I live in a gated community, I have to keep calling the guardhouse to raise the front gate to let workers in. So, I preferred just a one-time a year over 4 visits per year.

Was using home advisor later in the night and spoke with Gary right away. Appointment for estimate was made for next morning and arrived on time. Gave a fair estimate over the phone and was within the estimate even though there was a bit more damage. Work quality was excellent.

I hired this service because they had a one year guarantee. The tech was very nice. He checked the house and set traps. He told me the company would be here if there were any signs of mice, to "pick it up for me". Less than a month later I found another mouse in the basement laundry area. This was Christmas Eve morning. I dialed the service in a panic and spoke to Gary R. He told me to go **** myself and that I was out of my ****ing mind if I thought an ****ing tech would come over on ****ing house on Christmas eve. He continued to berate me and hung up on me. He must have dropped the F bomb literally 35 times, telling me I own this ****ing company. I was literally in tears by the end of the phone call. I am not sure if he suffers from some kind of mental illness, but I have never heard of a company owner speaking to a customer like that. Seriously the most psychotic behavior I have ever experienced from a business owner. There was a follow up phone call from one of his people offering to come to the house the day after Christmas, with an apology. She told me he called her to tell her he just went off on a customer. Who does that? On a day that I was preparing for a large family dinner, this amplified the holiday stress. I am still really rattled from this experience.
