The workers came on time. They used shoe covers while walking on my carpeting. I asked for pics of all the work done before and after, but only got 2 pics of the after work. Still hear noises in my attic....hope in a week from now the noise from wildlife is gone. Waiting for the wildlife to leave sucks. This company guarantees their work for 3 years. We shall see.

We had birds and squirrels nesting in our awning. One spring we had to replace the awning material. I thought that the price was a bit high, but, as of now (about 10 days out) the application has kept the pest away from our awning. If the treatment works, maybe the high price is worth it.

They showed up on time, were very courteous, informative and did a good job. My only "complaint" is that when I placed a call regarding an issue with a half-dead rodent, no one called me back.

although we had started off with a miscommunication and ended up paying more than expected, the quality of work was phenomenal. The guys always stayed in touch every step of the way. We had an animal stuck in a wall with a large entry hole outside, all was patched up like new. And the bird was saved!

I gave them a good review when they came and did the half of the job. They were supposed to come back in few weeks after first visit and finish it and I called more than 10 times and e-mails, they told they coming next day and then another day and never came and I have been waiting for more than 2 month. They wanted me to pay in full on the first visit and I did, but I should not have. Please do not make this mistake. Yury

I called in the morning and that same afternoon they were in my house performing the service. Two very nice men, who were polite and diligent. I'm very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

On time, came out the very next day. Paid exactly what was quoted and there hasn't been any signs of any ants since.

Jennifer in the office was fantastic with communication. The guys showed up about 20 minutes late, but were very efficient once here, explaining everything and doing everything they needed to do in about 15 minutes. They gave clear instructions about what I needed to do. it's a bit early to say if they were successful, but they gave a guarantee on their work for a year.

Polite, did great work. Pricing is reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The office staff was also helpful in writing out the invoice with specifics.
