After my review they did come out and redo the chicken wire. The woman who called me back was actually awesome. She was apologetic and sincere. She sent someone out when she said she would. I was not home when they came but my daughter said the gentleman who came out was extremely helpful and did a great job.

Came out right away. Did a great job ridding me of all insects. House was open under elements as it was being built and there were a lot of critters after. All gone after guys did their job. Plus they give you 1 year warranty if anything comes back.

Jennifer called me within a minutes of a call to Home Advisor. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything they would do to remove a black bird nest in my 2nd floor exhaust vent. I explained to her that the vent with the nest was hard to get to and there was also a vent on 3rd floor and a few other vents I wanted new vent covers/mesh installed. I purchased stainless steel replacement vent covers and bird mesh from Amazon for all five of my vents to prevent future issues. They removed the nest, sprayed for bird mites and installed replacement vent cover and mesh where the black bird had nested. (There were no eggs in nest yet.) Anthony, the technician, placed ladder against pergola (20 feet up), climbed on top of it and even climbed on the roof top (35 feet up) to replace one of the vent covers. Wow! Other companies said, we can't do that. This company went above and beyond anything any other company would have done. I referred them to my neighbor, with same house and issue, and she hired them. They did a fantastic job on her home too. I highly recommend them and the price was fair. Thank you Anthony and Jennifer.

Frankie Hill was the gentleman that came out. He was really polite and pleasant. He even blocked of the sides of my steps in the garage leading into the house, so that no more small animals can get behind there. This is something that the builder should have done.

Professional and punctual!!!

This company lies !!! About 9 months ago they came to do a general spray that only lasted for a few months. At the time of hire, they promise and promoted their service guarantee for 12 months. I have been trying to get them to return to re spay they haven?t been returning my calls. When we did speak they promised to send someone but they never did. This has been going back and forth for a few months but they never came. So when you look for a company that is trusted and stands behind customer service DONT CHOOSE THIS ONE.!!!

Gary owner was extremely unprofessional called used foul language..saying the beauty of owning my business I do not have to deal with aholes.. As far as the service when they sprayed ants initial treatment was fine for a few months however when it was past 3 months good luck on your 1 year warranty. Ants came back and extremely difficult to get service back out

Used them for a termite treatment of a detached garage, prior to and required to sell a home in my area. The customer service explained treatment, cost, and guarantee (which was much longer than required for the sale) and offered to schedule the appointment promptly. They also encouraged my to shop for other services and compare before making my decision. This speaks a lot about the confidence in their services. The guys that showed up were polite, quickly explains what they were going to do, and got right to work. I showed them a few places where not to drill, but other than that I stayed out of their way so that they could work

I contracted this company for squirrels in my attic, and they came and set one way route, sealed 5 holes for $479 the very first day I called through home advisor. They were to come back in a few days to remove the trap and seal the last hole once the squirrels are out. They have not come back yet. The squirrels are still in the attic easily going through the trap. It has been 3 weeks now and anytime I call the customer service rep kept telling me that --I am going to take a look at what they have going on today and I will call you-- It looks like they think they are doing me a favor, so they do not have to prioritize mine. I am giving them 2 more days and if they fail to come finish the work, options to recover my money will be reviewed.
