Technician came to my home. My error , I did not ask about pricing. Other companies were $159 and $175. This tech made up some crazy reason to charge me $300 and then said but I will reduce it to $250. Then he went around my house telling me that some rotted wood had termites. Only way to know the difference in simple rotted wood and termites is to test it. Said he could do it right now for $995. No would never recommend this company.

Our relationship started off promising - they were the first company to contact me after our house became infested with termites. Jose came the next day to do a diagnostic and he then did a general pest spray. John came the next day with others to do the termite treatment. They left without sealing six of the holes that they made in the foundation of my house and in my front stoop. I have been calling and emailing since then and although initially, I was told that the guys would come and complete the job that they started on June 18th, as of today - July 10th - no one has come, nor have my emails been responded to. Im sorry, but this is no way to do business.

They were very polite, easy to talk to and got to work immediately. Embarrassingly my cat escaped at the last minute and she was somewhere in the house and they spent time helping us find her as we couldnt bomb with her in the home.They were very good about it. The procedure went off without a hitch and our rampant gnat infestation appears to be history, Id say 99% gone and the few ones we find are so feeble they are easy to kill off. We are guaranteed a free respraying if we need it but so far that doesnt seem to be the case.

Very fast service. Less than 12 hours between contacting them and having the job completed. My case wasn't even an emergency. Their office staff and the gentleman who came out to do the job are courteous and professional.

The tech, Anthony Hill went above and behind to take care of our issues with raccoons. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and a true asset to the company. Jennifer set up an initial appointment within a day, understanding our concerns and was very understanding on getting someone out ASAP. I would highly recommend Jersey Pest and Animal Control, LLC.

Anthony came on time and worked very carefully to spary the dust. We are satisfied with the project.

No problems showing up and taking the money but never heard from them again. Still have a major ant problem. Have left over 12 messages with them.
