Very kind and courteous with the removal of a small non-poisonous snake from my basement. Only better communication regarding the estimated arrival time, so I wasn t worried that they were not coming, would have earned a 5 star rating.

Complicated hornets nest in a bush. Did not get it all he first time but they came back immediately when I told them was still some hornet activity. Good service and they did not harm the bush. Would recommend.

Had an emergency on a Saturday and they were able to come several hours after I called.

They also spotted two other wasp nest and took care of them for us. Did not charge a ridiculous amount of money. Very fair

I gave you 5 stars! Everyone was very professional from the person that answered the phone to the individual that did the actual work. Best bang for the buck and did a much better job than I could have hoped for in treating our backyard with ground bees, hornets, etc.

Made early appointment on first phone contact, showed up in the stated time window, accepted check and started work on the spot. Explanations of fees were detailed and complete, and were followed up by emails that put them in writing. Receipt by another email followed payment.

Came out next day, office staff friendly and competent. Johnathan sales/technician was great, called with ETA and took care of the problem right away once arrived. It was a tad expensive but I was not going to remove a skunk myself so had to be done.

Originally had problems with this company but their technician John and Jose called me and were very apologetic about my previous experience. They hired technicians that were a poison to their company, and left me with a bad experience. John called and sincerely apologized for the mishap, and he kept calling me persistently to resolve the matter. They showed up at my house at the agreed upon time, they took care of my bird issues asap, and were very professional stand up guys. When you contact this business please ask for John or Jose. Great guys, eager to make sure you are fully satisfied with the job they are providing. I would highly recommend and use them again!!
