Right now I gave them 5's but if I am not satisfied after the time allotted I may not be happy.

I was happy this company was able to come out same day to remove the bird nest from my exhaust fan. But for the price that I paid I would have expected them to replace the exhaust vent cover and not just put the galvanized mesh over it. I had another estimate from another company that was about $150 less and they were going to replace the vent cover. They just couldn t get out same day. Also the technician that came out was very messy and didn t do a good job cleaning up after himself. He even needed to use my dust pan and broom! Also he left a lot of black hand prints on my white bathroom ceiling that I had to scrub to get off. I wish I would have done better research before using this company but I was in a rush to get the bird nest out before mama bird laid her eggs.

They were very good but they charged more than Home Advisor quoted on line They claimed I was not eligible for any discounts that Home Advisor offered. However they got the job done. Nice Guys.

Jennifer in the office and the two technicians Dave and Drew were all very friendly,helpful and professional. We discovered raccoons in our chimney on a Thursday afternoon and they were at our house Friday morning. They cleared out the chimney and placed chimney caps for us. When we discovered one more baby raccoon was trapped on Saturday we called the office and they came back that afternoon and took care of it. They did a great job and we would definitely recommend them Can't thank them enough!!!

The problem was described in detail on the phone and an estimate was received. When the team arrived the price more than doubled. Felt like a bait and switch. Very disappointing.

They came almost immediately and knew exactly how to solve the squirrel in my attic problem.

They did not provide a detailed estimate, did the work quickly, did not come back to check on the situation, did not call me; charged a lot, and the charge was processed to a business I never heard of.

The two guys that came we re very nice and knowledgeable in their work. I would highly recommend this company!

I had 3 vents and they only put a net on one of them. I was expecting it on all 3 vents. The installers supervisor said, If I wanted it on all 3, it would cost an additional $386, which I think is ridiculous because I just needed nets on my other two vents. The installers did remove the nest and birds from the one vent. The installers did a great job and they provided excellent customer service. Next time, I will shop around and ask more questions before I approve a job.

The date of first service was 04/15/20. I was going to write a good review even though it took them four tries to finally take care of squirrel issues in attic. Because Jennifer was wonderful. Unfortunately things turned a corner when I notices a crack line in my bathroom ceiling where the technicians were up there to work on the problem. I reported to Jennifer last week, she assured me that she would make arrangement to have someone stop by and patch up the crack line. No one came out last week, so I followed up with Jennifer on Monday again. She told me she would send someone out this week becasue I am concerned that the crack will get bigger in my bathroom. Jennifer told me she would get back to me and let me know about this week. I did not hear from her and followed up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My calls have gone unanswered. I also text her and no one text me back. I understand new jobs are important becasue they bring in money for small businesses but avoiding existing problems is really not a good business practice. Credibility of a company goes a long way. is to fix the problem and I will increase the rating, even possible to five stars.

It was a beautiful, sunny Saturday and I wasted 5 1/2 hours waiting for them to show from 11am to 4:30pm and what's worse, I had to call them for an ETA. They completed the job rather quickly and I'm not sure if they thoroughly checked the perimeter of my home even though they said they did. Originally I was quoted $385 but was charged $485 and said the increase was due to having to form a basket for the excluder. I asked for before and after pictures, I was assured the office would include them with my receipt. 2 weeks after the work was done, I had to call them for my receipt and then I get an email copy without the before and after pics, and I'm told the person who did the work may not have the pictures anymore. My overall experience with this contractor left me with the impression that I'm not a valued customer and should be disregarded, after having paid $517! Lesson learned!

The two young men who came to get a sparrow out of our drop ceiling were professional, caring, and thorough. They followed through with everything explained to us. We were very confident that they knew what they were doing. And in these times of necessary protection, they were both wearing protective masks and gloves and cautious with appropriate distancing.

the technicians who did the work were professional and tenacious in fixing the problem. the office staff were pleasant and responsive.

The job was completed quickly and properly. We had an issue with birds in our eaves and they were able to move the nests which hand no eggs or nestlings. I did not meet the guy who performed this work as I was on a call (working from home). But my wife did and what they quoted me on the phone was the same price as they gave to us. He finished the task before I was done with my call. If I had other pest issues I would use again and recommend them.

They came, took care of our squirrel family, and all is good! Would definitely recommend. No harm to the squirrel family.

I was truly impressed, they took care of the squirrels and caused no harm and found a large bird nest and removed it.

They resolved the immediate problem but had some payment issues and no follow up with an estimate on a installation project related to original problem

Jersey Pest and Animal Control got rid of the raccoon that was tearing our roof to shreds!! The guys were GREAT!! We appreciate everything they did and it was on a holiday too. We will recommend them every chance we get. Thanks guys!!!
