Dawn and Dean did a great job repairing my drywall. They were able to do an amazing job without having to sand! The wall looks good as new. I thought Iâ d have to remove all of my clothes out of the closet prior to the repair; however, the job ended up being so clean. Highly recommend Roganbuilt!!

Their pride and dedication shows in the work they do. They were very helpful in the advice given for maintaining our drywall for current and future repairs. In addition, they are very personable people who care about their customers.

Like others have said -- a wonderful experience! We had sheetrock damage in our ceilings that are 14-16 feet high from storms. The ceilings are now perfect, and painted and they did it all with NO sanding, NO mess. They are honest, have reasonable rates and have great pride in their work. Their number is in my contacts and we will be hiring them again in the near future.

I initially hired Dean to repair some cracks in our kitchen and master bedroom ceilings and to repaint them. I felt so comfortable with Dean and his wife as the work progressed that I kept adding work for them to do. All told he installed crown molding in 4 rooms, repaired the ceilings in 2 rooms and painted a total of 5 ceilings for me. His prices are more than fair and the quality of his work is impeccable. I can’t recommend Dean and Dawn enough and I will hire them again soon for more work. He is a perfectionist!

I originally contacted Dean to clean off some wallpaper and apply a new skim coat on drywall. On the first day of work he made the judgement call to replace the drywall instead of introducing the primer chemicals around my toddler. He is running a family business that really supports and values your home. Their work is efficient, reasonably priced and clean! His breadth of knowledge when it comes to home improvement is insane; he advised on almost all of our upcoming projects. He is undeniably honest and I wish I could work with him on all the projects in my house.

So far, we are very happy with the work performed. They are removing all of our popcorn ceilings and painting the entire interior of the house. Dean, Dawn & Travis have been great to work with. They are punctual, very thorough in their work, and always clean up thoroughly at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this business.

I noted the job on here as painting, but I want to point out that it was "much more" than painting. The job performed by Dean and Dawn was to skim coating and paint our entire kitchen and family room ceilings. The work was exceptional and timely. This is my second 5 star review for Dean and Dawn and if I ever need them again, I am confident that it will be another 5 star review.
