During the quoting process, i had several pwople come in and offer a solution. When Dean came in, he went above and beyond explaining what he would do in detail and why. He followd up immediately with a quote and showed up when he said he would. The project is complete and the work is top notch. Couldnâ t be more pleased

Best decision we ever made by hiring Roganbuilt Renovations. Dean does excellent work. He removed all of our popcorn ceilings and repaired some drywall as well. His work is top notch.. He didn't even have to sand. He gave us a very fair price to do our entire house and it looks like a new home. Dawn and Travis are amazing too. Never had a contractor that worked like him. He worked on my house like it was his own. He is very professional, honest and does exceptional work. We highly recommend Dean and will be using him again on our next project.

They did an excellent job. Hardly any sanding and little or no clean up. We had a new shower installed and installer put screw through PEX water line. Had to cut a access hole in opposite wall to fix. Bathroom installer did a horrible job with dry wall and then left me hanging. Dean and his wife came in and saved the day. They came on time and were very respectful of our home. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed a hole in my wall repaired and Dean came out right away. He is fair priced and he does the job right. I definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future!

Iâ ll start by saying what a Great experience I had hiring Roganbuilt renovations! Dean, Dawn and Travis brought my house fro the 80â s to New home construction! My house was dated with Popcorn ceilings throughout the entire house and now my home looks Amazing! Thanks for all the Hardwork and I look forward to seeing on my next project!

I had water damage in my bathroom ceiling. Great job replacing the drywall AND the entire bathroom was repainted. My bathroom looks brand new !

If you want someone who is only happy when you are happy - hire Dean Rogan. If you want someone who going to do exactly what he says he's going to do - hire Dean Rogan. It' easy to throw around words like "Great" or "Excellent", which are true, but I think his biggest asset is he is old school. He and (his wife) take enormous pride in what they do. We are already planning to get Dean back as soon as he is available.

Spackle and cleaned all corners, nail pops and cracks in the drywall, Then painted ceiling and walls. Did an awesome job!
