Dean, Dawn, and Travis responded quickly to my inquiry on Home Advisor. I am meticulous when it comes to maintaining my home, and was used to doing all of my own painting and spackling but am no longer able to do so. Roganbuilt is the first company I have ever hired and was very nervous to leave the work in someone else's hands. I can honestly say that I am extremely impressed with the job they did. Dean explained everything he intended to do during the initial estimate and again during each phase of the job. He and his son Travis were always on time, pleasant, neat and professional. They went above and beyond and my ceilings and walls have never looked so good. I will be hiring them again in the future for other projects around my house, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality workmanship.

Over the yrÂ’s I have dealt with many contractors which had made me fearful of hiring any contractor Unfortunately the job which I needed done I was unable to do forcing me to hire a contractor omg did I luck out when hiring Roganbuilt if I can get them six stars instead of five stars I would excellent work totally cleaned up afterwards was on time each day they worked here and did a beautiful job what more can you ask Dean thank you

Roganbuilt are very professional and above all honest. They work as a team and reviewed all work before starting with us. Work was done on time. I would hire Roganbuilt for any project small or large in the home (except roofs...they do not do roofs).. While others may have a negative review I would strongly recommend calling and meeting the owners..it will be worth your time.

My family came back from vacation to a disaster: my daughter’s bedroom ceiling was caving in. After the initial freak out, I contacted Home Advisor and within 30 minutes I received a call from Dean Rogan. Thank goodness it was him that called, because this is the best experience I have had with a contractor in recent memory. One hour after we spoke on the phone he was at my home, braced the ceiling with temporary supports and gave me a fair estimate. Because it was a kids room, he even moved a few other projects around so he and his family could come and get the ceiling up the next day. My daughter’s room was safe to sleep in less than 24 hours after finding the problem. Amazing. Dean, his wife, and son, explained that we needed to leave it for a few days to settle before spackling, and a few days after that for the final paint job. Each time he returned he was precisely on-time or early. There was never any confusion about what was being done or when it would get done. They were clean and fastidious Contactors like this are rare, and I will be using Roganbuilt for all my future projects.
