It gives me great pleasure to write this review of Roganbuilt Renovations. Dean and his wife Dawn are Roganbuilt Renovations. As I came to know this wonderful couple, I gave them three nicknames, Double D, Dynamic Duo and D2. I am extremely satisfied with the work done in my home. When I began my search for a renovator, I was looking for a professional craftsman/woman at a reasonable price. I needed a lot of repairing related to plumbing, electrical, painting and construction, mostly inside and some outside. After speaking with a few renovators, I decided to give the contract to Roganbuilt Renovations for three reasons: 1. Dean reviewed my home and gave me a firm price and guaranteed that there were no extra hidden costs. 2. Dean explained everything to me in layman terms and he willingly answers all of my questions, some more than once. He gave me a good feeling that he was genuinely interested in helping solve my renovation problems and that I was not just another job. 3. Double D recommended several design changes that I found to be fantastic. They are very creative and suggested ideas that I never would have thought of. For example, Dean repurposed two very large mirrors that I had planned to dispose of. I am so pleased with his redesign placement of the mirrors because my late mother used them all the time. I am very happy to continue using these mirrors. Throughout the renovation process, I found Double D to be easy to work with and flexible. They were very agreeable when I frequently changed my mind and added items to my work list. Dean and Dawn are customer service oriented. I found Double D to be true to their word-No Hidden Costs! They were very thorough and the quality of the work competed was excellent-so well done. I actually went over my own budget because there were no hidden costs. I was able to use the money I had set aside for hidden costs (I never believe workman when they say no hidden costs) for additional work in my home. I was completely satisfied will all of the work done in my home. Double D also came with great fringe benefits. Dawn makes the best pesto this side of Genoa, Italy. I know this because I love pesto and hers was delicious! Dean is one tech savvy guy! He hooked me up with some new apps. I am forever indebted to him for redesigning my Jeep Wrangler audio system with my cell phone and hooking me up with Spotify. Dean also did another unexpected good deed by fully raising the damaged, electric drivers side car window in the car of my brother. The window had been partially open about 4 inches for months. No one could get it closed except Dean. I highly recommend giving your next contract to Roganbuilt Renovations. You will be most pleased and very satisfied getting to know and work with Dean and Dawn Rogan.

The project turned out great. Dean & Dawn were efficient, informative and professional.

Dean was very creative in finding a relatively inexpensive way to repair the drywall on my garage ceiling. He was timely and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He and Dawn make a great team.

Great people...

The work was completed on time and perfectly. The plastering work was smooth as silk and virtually invisible. Plus, it was completed in a short period of time with TOTAL clean-up. It was like no one was ever here!, except I no longer had a crack in my ceiling!

Down to earth people that do an outstanding job. Having them continue with additional work in the near future. Highly recommended.

Like many other homeowners we had a contractor in to do work in 2015. Needless to say the job was botched. We hired Dean to fix the problem. When Dean first inspected the issue(s) he told me what needed to be done. Once he started the project it was evident that there was more "hidden" damage that needed repair. Dean had no problem fixing the "multiple" issue(s) that the previous contractor did. Roganbuilt: Clean , professional, friendly and very experienced! Do yourself a favor and hire this team to do your home repairs. He will be the first person we contact for our next project! Thank you Dean!!

On time and reliable, efficient, went out of their way to do excellent job, cleaned up after the job immacualte. Paid attention to all details such as cleaning lights and fan fixtures, fixing electrical outlet, etc. Highly recommend!

The work was done quickly.effeciently & with excellent professionalism I am going to rehire them for addional work. I won't look anyone else to do work for us. The only other thing I can say is CALL THEM, HIRE THEM. Husband & wife team work together as one.
