We hired Rogan built Renovation to repair our garage ceiling where someone had fallen through our garage. Our house is 40 years old and the ceiling had holes that had been cut in it for attic access, and from where it started to weaken about 10 years ago and the taping was separating. It was an ugly looking mess. We are selling our house and the damage had to be repaired. Dean and his wife Dawn arrived and did the repairs. What a stunning job they did! The garage ceiling looks beautiful, . I could not have imagined a better job, the garage ceiling is now the best in the house. Dean used the best dry board available on the market. The job was beautiful. Dean and Dawn were here on time and completely finished by early afternoon. Dean is a true master craftsman. I wish we had known him years ago, we would have used him for many repairs. I may have even remodeled with Rogan Construction rather than selling. He could have redone so much and made this house glow like the garage does now! Thank you Rogan Built Construction for a an extremely awesome job.

I called them for water damage on ceiling. They came out and the reason I hired Dean is because I trusted him, once I met him, I felt very comfortable with him. They repaired a 4x4 hole in my ceiling, they did a great job and I had to reschedule and he was very accommodating. They completed the job and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

My first thoughts were this is a small job and I would have trouble getting a contractor to return my call . I called Rogan Built Renovations they took an immediate interest in the job, They came and looked at the job , provided a cost the next day , and scheduled a start time. Dean checked all the boxes of a Professional Contractor. The company owner showed up and did the work when he said he would , done a clean dustless job in a small area , returned for a second application when he said he would, and answered the phone each time I called . Sadly just getting any contractor to return your calls is exceptional these days. Top Notch Service and his helper wife is just as refreshing and professional.

Our engagement with Dean and Dawn is the very best contractor interaction we have ever experienced. The quality of the work is superb, the pricing is reasonable and their communication is spot on. It is refreshing to find a husband and wife team that work so well together. We renovated the upstairs of our little condo in Brick,new sheetrock, trim, doors etc. for 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Dean has excellent design sense acting as contractor, interior decorator and consultant. His suggestions are always right, his execution flawless and they left our home clean and liveable each night. We cannot recommend their work enough and they are incredibly nice,funny and genuine people to be around.

Dean Rogan did an exceptional job on repairing the drywall in my laundry room. He went above and beyond with painting the walls, and repairing the door that would not shut. Dean and Dawn are a very hard working team who takes pride in making sure the quality of their work is satisfactory. It was and more!
