About 5 minutes after I put in a request to get quotes to get our house washed Keith called me. He was at the house in another hour. I had no idea how much it would cost but the quote he gave me was what I thought would be fair. I had quotes from two other companies but they didn’t offer the same services. One service even said they was the House only. Any windows would be an addition cost of $6 a window....seriously! The other two companies strictly washed the house, Keith’s company washed the house, and windows :), then applies some sort of protective coating which prevents mold and mildew for 2-3 years. The house now looks brand new. Great job!! Oh ya, they also wash all the window screens as well.

The owner has a very bad temper and uses abusive language

Wish I could post before and after pictures here to show you how beautiful my house and concrete came out ! They showed up for quote when they said they would. Someone tried to steal their trailer the night before my cleaning appointment and they were very good about staying in touch with me as to when their trailer was being repaired, when they got the trailer back and when they would be at my house. Will definitely hire again.

Excellent work no regrets

On time, totally professional and reasonably priced. They provided excellent cleaning.

Well worth the money. The overhangs and gutters look like new, the decks are all clean, all the mold is gone and the siding looks great. They even washed the fence for me. Much better option than cleaning the house myself like I did in the past. They have the right equipment and people.
