A&R Pool Service

This is a great company to use. The owner cares about his customers and I always calls back to help you resolve any issue you might be having with your pool. His employees are nice and reliable, especially Greg. Bob, the owner is very professional and fair. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I have been using them since 2007 and I am extremely happy with everything.

Last call from them was another put off...I never called them back. Finally got someone else to help me.

Aand R Pool Service gave me an estimate about a month ago. They quoted me $4700. They would replace the pool liner and it needs new fill at the bottom of the pool and stuff. He was such a nice man. I had called other pool companies and they actually wanted to charge me for the estimate. And he came out in the dead of cold him and another man. They lifted up the pool cover and you know stuck their hands in cold water and didn't charge me anything. They were very professional, very nice, I asked him for an estimate so I could give it to the bank for the new home. He did it within an hour. He sent it to me. They were very, very professional.

Our year old pool heater stopped working in August, I called Bob around 8PM, he was at our pool the next day. Found out the heater was under warranty, got the part, replaced it, it broke again. Bob promptly returned once again replaced the part, and did not charge us for the service or part. He dealt directly with the heater manufacturer for his reimbursement. Aand R did not install the heater so this was above and beyond. Service is reliable, prompt, quality workers, and you actually feel they are happy to have your business which is very unusual today.

They are wonderful.

After our pool installer left us high and dry Aand R saved us, and at a reasonable cost. They answered all of our questions and took care of all the pool installer did not. They were a breath of fresh air. Bob the owner came at 8:30 PM to install our Polaris which we were afraid was broken and were worried about dealing with the pool installer, who never returns phone calls, Bob installed the Polaris and was a pleasure to work with. We are now on a weekly schedule for chemical service at a reasonable rate which includes chemicals.

I've used their services before. We had a problem last year and they came out right away and fixed it. We figured that if we needed anything again, they would be prompt. They are professional.

Aand R pools have been opening, closing and servicing my inground pool for several years. They are extremely reliable and professional. Emergency calls are attended to very quickly. I first meet Bob during an emergency. It was late October and my husband was extremely ill and could not close the pool. It was full of leaves and winter was coming. I called Bob and he said he would take care of everything while I went to the hospital. The next morning my pool was clean and covered. I can never thank him enough, but through the years of doing business with him, I have learned that this kindness is just his way.
