when they removed the large bush, I told them to dig out the roots and backfill the hole. they had to come back twice for that. They were inexpensive but typically cut the lawn too short and went too fast. So dead patches appeared. Phone calls typically went unanswered. So finally I said enough was enough. Looking for new landscaper for this spring. they also had in the contract to do fall cleanup and did them without warning at an hourly rate. Would have been good to have gotten a heads up on that. I paid them in full.

They put in the contract that they also were going to do treatments, but there was never a treatment done. They also charged me $35.00 per hour/man to come out and mulch my yard, but that was also never done. So between the spring clean up, fertilization, and weekly mowing that were sometimes never done I am not a satisfied customer. They violated the contract but were not held accountable. What they said they were going to do and what they did were not matching up. I would not recommend them to anyone else as they are not a professional, honest, and reputable company.
