+ -1 moreI called for an estimate and they asked me to measure the area I want to fence (which I thought they should have done) before they come out for an estimate. They never called me back. I guess they didn't want my business.

+ -1 moreI initially contacted the provider via Angies List. I spoke with a rep, whose name I wont mention, on October 11th. He said he was with a customer, but would call me back. I never received a call back and ended up calling back the next day. I had to remind him who I was when calling back. During this conversation he called me another customers name once and then by my last name two times. Nevertheless, I scheduled an appointment for October 13th at 5:15pm. I changed an appointment with a plumber and took off work early for this appointment. NO ONE SHOWED UP or called me. That is very unprofessional. You wasted my time and cost me time off work!

Description of Work: They installed a privacy fence along my backyard, I was very happy with the service. They recommended the best fence to go with and completed the work within a day. They also gave suggestions on how to check permits/regulations with my county.

Description of Work: Vinyl Fence was installed over 10 years ago and needed repairs to where separations occurred between two posts and panels and the gates were not opening or closing properly because posts had lifted due too freezing and thawing of surrounding soil. Workers arrived before scheduled time and were polite and professional and did all repairs satisfactorily. |I had tried to get the repairs done last year but no one ever came to give me an estimate and after repeated phone calls I gave up. This year I stopped into their location with my receipt and was told that I should call at the end of July when they would not be as busy with new installations. I did not hear anything from them until I contacted the company through Angie's List when I got a quick response from a rep who came out within a few days, gave me an estimate over the phone and explained that it might be a few weeks before they could schedule the work. They scheduled it faster than I had anticipated. The workers who were here today said that for repairs it's best to try to have the work done in the fall or early spring because in the summer their workers are tied up with larger jobs.

Description of Work: I called explained my issue. Lisette was extremely helpful. I sent pictures of what I needed repaired. I received a phone call next day. National was not able to assist, but they called me. That is way more than others I have called. That is true Customer Service.Also the true American way of doing business.

The gentleman on the phone asked for an estimate of the size of the property and quoted a price without seeing the property or the particulars, such as gates. I asked for someone to come out and give us an estimate and he said someone would get back to me. No one ever called.

+ -1 moreThe install was scheduled for 4/6/2015 and the 3 man crew arrived on time. They removed the old fencing and installed the new including the returns to the house. They were courteous and professional. The job site was left clean upon completion of the install. Due to fact that the gate was a custom size it needed to be fabricated. I received several calls during communicating progress and it was installed in the afternoon on 4/7/2015. We were very happy with Dan, Sarah, and the install crew. We received several quotes from other companies and National was the best fence for the quoted price. The added bonus is they make the fence so the custom gate was made without any additional delay. With others we would have had to wait a week or more for completion which was another plus for National.
Description of Work: Installed 6 foot vinyl fence on right and left side of property. Installed custom 5 foot gate on driveway side. About 100 linear feet. Remove and haul away 40 fet of stockade fencing.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW TO RESPOND TO MY CALLS AT FIRST, BUT THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB WHEN THEY GOT HERE. I NEEDED TO HAVE A FENCE INSTALLED, BECAUSE MY NEIGHBOR WAS HAVING CONSTRUCTION DONE, AND I WAS TIRED OF LOOKING AT IT. THE FENCE THAT THEY INSTALLED IS VERY HIGH SO I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SEEING ALL OF THE TRASH AGAIN.
