 + -1 moreI was extremely pleased with their work. The owner Fran Kelly was a very nice man and a pleasure to deal with. He had a large crew and they finished in a day and a half. They were very neat as well. I had my hardwood flooring installed after the painters, so his crew had to come back to finish painting the baseboard and trim and touch up where the flooring guys marked the walls. I was a little nervous as I had paid him in full and sometimes you can not always get contractors to come back. He came immediately after I called and told him the flooring was complete. I was very pleased with their work and would absolutely use them again. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Used Pas- Kel Painters to paint my 850 sq foot two bedroom condo in Wildwood Crest, NJ.

 + -1 moreWhen I called to arrange for an estimate, I received a prompt, professional reply. I received an estimate by e-mail three days later. The estimate, as indicated above, was higher than I wanted to spend. I did not hire this contractor for that reason.
Description of Work: I was seeking a painting contractor for walls and ceilings in the kitchen, family room, front hall, stairs and 2nd floor hall. Frank Kelly returned my call the same day and arranged an estimate visit with in the same week. He took measurements, asked questions to understand the work I wanted done and informed me about the paint brand he uses. Color selection was my choice. I received an estimate through e-mail days later.
