Horrible quality. The warmest rooms in my home in the winter are the attic and basement! Ducts leak horribly. Every seam in the ducts needed to be re-sealed by ANOTHER company. Constant Air works from a cell phone - not a real office, Jim chooses when and whom he talks to. Called his cell phone for WEEKS about this until I realized that he got paid already and wasn't interested in standing by his job. Phony address given. Couldn't find him because physical address never given. Check out the address in Augusta - It doesn't exist! I am completely dissatisfied with my HVAC system, and have little legal recourse because Constant Air doesn't answer their phone and just can't be found.

The entire job from estimate to completion was managed in a friendly and professional way. During the estimate Jim gave a start day of 1.5 weeks and that is exactly when they started. Jim said the job would take 2 to 2.5 days and it took 2.5 days. Jim quoted me a price and that is exactly what the job cost in the end even though the electrician needed more equipment than estimated. By the way, the electrician that Jim uses gets a A+, careful and clean. Jim's walk through and design was spot on and I was very confident that Jim knew what he was doing. The crew are very friendly and neat and they all know exactly what they should be doing that day, they show up and get to work fast. I never felt like I was a bother when asking questions during the entire process. The crew gets along great too which is always nice. I would recommend Constant Air.
