Highly recommend Sean! He showed up on time, was very professional and repaired 2 leaking walls in my poured concrete foundation. I had tried several times with various products and the water just kept finding its way in. So frustrating! Even had another company come that said I needed the floor cut and a drain installed. They wanted almost $6000! Sean fixed the issue in a few hours. Left the place spotless and the basement is now totally bone dry. Also guarantees his work and offered to return at no charge if the issue returned.

They did an excellent job--and I am hard to please. They were prompt. They kept the jobsite clean. They touched base at the end of the day to let me know progress and what I could expect the next day. The guys were really friendly and respectful. The work the did was stellar--on time, on budget. I had the other trades in (plumbing, electrician and excavator) to see the before and after and they all took Century's number to make referrals to their customers. I think that the fact that they were impressed said it all. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them without reserve!

Sean showed up on time with his crew. Everyone was professional and courteous and worked nonstop until the job was done. Basement is dry and way warmer. Air quality is improving every day as the walls and support beams dry up. I never felt as if we were being overcharged or milked for money. There was no BS charges and Sean went out of his way to suggest ways that we could save by doing some of the work ourselves. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I took his advice but will probably bring them back to do the work themselves because of the quality of work they do.

Better than we dreamed. Sean and his team outlined a plan and recommendations including a new sump system and dehumidifier. In addition, Sean made other recommendations that have only helped transform a dark and dank sub center into a warm and dry storage area. Sean and his team were on time, professional and so easy to work with we highly recommend them to anyone who has even a little issue. FANTASTIC!

He worked with me to adjust his schedule to be here early the following morning to perform the work. He explained the problem, showed me the issue and described to me how he fixed it. The installation was a day and I feel protected in the event of flooding and the humidity in the basement has been controlled.

Shawn and his team are AMAZING! They were incredibly flexible, responsive and easy to work with. They have completely fixed our water problem. We now have an additional 1500 square feet that is usable space in our home. Since they completed the work, our dehumidifier only turns on once in a great while and we have NO musty smell, NO water, NO leaking! The team left no mess when they were finished. They cleaned as they went and left us with a beautiful, usable basement that we'll be able to finish now that we have no water. I can't stress enough that they are worth the little extra that you pay. They aren't the cheapest, but they are worth every every extra penny you pay!

Sean came to our house on a Sunday no less, and installed the system himself and explained in great detail how the system worked as well as what to do with normal maintenance. Within 48 hours there was a noticeable difference in the fact that the musty smell disappeared. I also discussed with Sean about having some work done with the crawl space underneath our addition which he believes will also eliminate a lot of issues that have occurred. To say we are pleased would be an understatement.

They came at specified time, unloaded the box and set it up in my basement. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions I had, cleaned up the packaging and told me if I had any questions to give them a call.

The crew arrived as scheduled, on time, worked steadily for two days. Crew was courteous and considerate, fully explained the work in progress and responded to our concerns.

In April 2014 we sold our house and subsequently had the home inspection in May which showed high moisture content near one of the cracks in the foundation. Our buyers wanted to meet with Sean so they could discuss the work his company performed. Even though Sean is extremely busy, he accommodated our buyer's schedule and met with them within 2 days. He spent a couple of hours with us and also re-injected the crack to ensure no leaks would occur. Sean confirmed that the warranty would NOT be an issue should a leak occur in the future. Bottom line, the quality of Sean's work, his work ethic, reliability, integrity, professionalism and personable nature are second to none. His team is courteous, neat and very hard working.
