We had a rush job because we were moving in just over a week from when we called. Owner was over at our house for an estimate within a few hours of initial call. He examined everything thoroughly and explained what needed to be done. He and his team were mindful of our timeline and got everything done. The quality of the work was excellent. The price was extremely reasonable. They even gave us a warranty that passed down to our buyers. We will absolutely work with them again in the future. It was a great experience.

Dry At Last also took care of some safety issues in the basement. And they removed the unused oil tank. They were polite and worked cleanly. You should hire them if you need this kind of work

I hired Dry-At-Last for my basement waterproofing after getting three quotes. Despite that fact that they were not the lowest bidders, I am happy with the decision. For me, the peace of mind in knowing that the job would be done the right way was the primary reason. We used Dry-At-Last! to waterproof the basement and crawlspace of a home we had just moved into a month prior. Nothing worse that moving into a house and finding out the basement floods with any heavy rain, but Danny, Marcus and the entire crew at Dry-At-Last! were awesome. Marcus came to the house after normal business hours to look at the problem, spec a solution and sit down with us while he went over and explained the entire scope of the job. He took time to explain how the system worked and what we could expect when complete. It is always nice to deal with a company that will work on your schedule so that you don't have to miss time from work just to get a quote. Once we were ready to move forward with the project, Marcus was able to work with us on the price and we had no issues going with Dry-At-Last!. One of the reasons we liked Dry-at-Last! was the fact that they break their billing down into three payments. One payment up front as a deposit, one after the job is complete, and the final payment after some serious rain and/or you have had a chance to see the system in action. This showed us that they stand behind their work and were not looking to simply cash our check and move on. The other deciding factor was their guarantee. As Marcus explained, some companies will tell you it is a "lifetime guarantee" but what does that really mean? Who's lifetime? Dry-At-Last! guarantees their work for two ownership of the home. Meaning it is full guaranteed for the duration of our ownership, as well as the duration of the next owner should we be inclined to sell. They do not put a number on how long they will guarantee the work for, they give a blanket guarantee that lets you know you are covered. Dry-At-Last!s carpenters/prep crew came out on day one and moved belongings we had in the basement out of the way and prepped a closet that was in the way of the installers. The installation crew was schedule to take 2 days to install the system, but put in extra hours and knocked it out in one day. Danny from the office then called me to make sure I was pleased with the work. The carpenters came back the following week and repaired the closet back to good order, and only then did Dry-At-Last! require the 2nd payment. We had also gotten a few really heavy storms during that week, so we were able to see that things were working great, so no issues on our end making that final payment. Also, even after being paid in full, Danny had no issues sending his crew back for some minor adjustments we wanted made. Two months after installation, when my schedule finally opened up, he sent his crew back for a simple adjustment to the drainage lines. I do not know if other companies would have done that, but I am glad I did not have to find out. The best part about the system that Dry-At-Last! installed in our home, aside from no more puddles on my floor, we that almost instantly, that musty smell of a wet basement was gone. Our basement is now dry! And we are well on our way to finishing the room and giving our kids a space in our new home where they can play and that they can call their own. The team was incredibly professional and straight forward with the situation of our basement. They worked with us and our schedule and answered all the questions we had. The crew that came to our house was amazing and efficient and handled the complexities of our basement well. In and out in a day and a half, were respectful, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of waterproofing. It hasn t rained any significant amounts since the job was complete but we were assured if there was an issued they will work with us to get/keep the basement dry!!

We contacted Dry-At-Last for french drain and sump pump installation. Danny and the Dry-At-Last team were incredibly responsive, courteous, and professional and delivered their product on time. They also took the time to explain the process and walk us through what was being done. We'll definitely be using them again if any other issues arise.

During the heavy rains of June 2019, we had water pouring into our basement and garage. I had no idea what to do and had a long trip coming up. I researched top-quality waterproofing companies and left Dry-At-Last a voicemail at 4am to get help and a quote. They phoned me at 8am sharp, and set an appointment for that very day with John. The care, education, concern to meet our timing needs and overall work and customer service from that first meeting to completion was impressive. We needed basement wall repair, a drainage system and sump pumps. They addressed the need for drainage in our garage (& went up and beyond as if this was their own home) So thankful we found this company. Dry-At-Last is a family-run business that showed the highest level of regard for us and our home s investment. I needed someone to fix my basement foundation cracks and water leaking into my basement. I called several companies and made appointments and Dry-At-Last showed up first. Marcus came to my house, explained the entire process, showed me the products used and gave me an estimate. I asked a million questions and he patiently answered them all (several times). He was not pushy (which I hate) and very knowledgeable about the project. I hired the company to do the job that day because of the honesty I felt that I received from Marcus. I also liked the guarantee. I am relieved when I see a dry basement after it rains. The guys who did the project should also be commended. It was done during a heatwave and they were up and down the stairs and mixing cement outside and never complained. They were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. At the completion of the job a couple of the guys actually thanked me for the work. Wow! I would recommend this company to others. They even follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied. It was a combination of multiple foundation wall crack repairs with carbon fiber and a drainage system with sump pumps. Nice job!

We canâ t say enough about the quality of the job or the integrity of this company. Our project manager, Joe, did a thorough evaluation of the moisture content of our block foundation (unlike another contractor who sent a salesman with a hard sell speech), and described our water issue and its potential solutions in detail. We had an interior drainage system installed on three exterior walls of an addition to our house, along with a sump pump. Joe moved many of the items in our basement as part of the prep work, and his crew did an excellent job keeping the dust from the concrete removal to an absolute minimum. The final floor blends perfectly with the old concrete, and the system is performing exceptionally well. The work was done in a day with an appropriately-staffed crew of 6. The clean up afterward was excellent. As with any major construction project, questions or issues arise. The hallmark of a great company is the way they address these, and the management of Dry-At-Last are the consummate pros.

The owner Steve is very passionate about his work â he makes sure that the job is done right and will last for years, not just a band-aid approach that will only work temporarily. Our system has been done for a couple of weeks and we already can tell a difference â the musty smell is gone, our basement is now odor free and dry! Our experience with Dry At Last was excellent from start to finish â I would not say painless because itâ s a construction process and those are not cheap or clean. However Steve and his crew made it as painless as possible and we now feel confident that our basement is dry and structurally sound and will stay that way for years to come. Steve and his son Danny were both very responsive when we had questions or concerns throughout the process. All of the guys on the work crew were friendly and courteous. John on the rebuild crew was awesome! Steve was also very helpful in working with us to re-finish the basement. He understood that we couldnâ t afford to get everything brand new and helped us come up with a solution to re-use some of the old material and still make it a safe and comfortable living area for us and our kids. I hired Dry-At-Last Waterproofing for the issues with my basement. Steve sent Peter and his crew to my home for a 2-day job. They removed the old French drain system and installed a new water management system with 2 sump pumps as well as carbon fiber straps. Peter was professional, explained everything he and his crew were doing. They left everything very clean. It is obvious Peter has been doing this for many years. I give Dry-At-Last and their crew 5 stars for the work on my home.

Steve and his crew worked hard to provide us with a waterproofing solution in our basement, not just a band-aid. They were dedicated to meeting our expectations and completing the job to our satisfaction. We will definitely look to hire them in the future.

While our basement floor was covered with water due to a failed 26 yr old french drain, Steve thoroughly explained what was going on and how he would fix it. We contracted and his crew arrived a few days after. What a godsend, they removed damaged / unwanted items at our request and then installed a new drain, 2 sumps and pumps. Needless to say, we are Dry At Last. Steve and all his crew were mannerly and respectful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend them for any basement issues. They are very thorough and do excellent work.
