Steve and his team did an amazing job on my basement. I am a single women and Steve really took the time to thoroughly explain to me how the water was coming in and what needed to be done to fix the problem . I felt like I truly understood what was going on in my basement and felt very confident in my decision to move forward with Steve's solution. The 2 crews who came in were amazing! The work was top notch quality and done in a timely manner! The team worked very hard on making me a happy customer. A very trustworthy company! Thank you Steve!!!! My husband and I hired this company to water-proof the basement and we are so happy that we did. We live in an older home and we had significant mustiness in the basement, occasional flooding and we were starting to see mold (eep!). We contacted three different companies for quotes and Dry-At-Last fell in the middle (price-wise). We decided to go with this company because the owner, Steve explained everything to us beginning to end and had extreme patience in explaining things to us (as we are first time homeowners). Also, he addressed our primary concern which was the foundation of our home. Although this wasn't the cheapest option we received more for our money in that this company installed the drain around the entire perimeter of the basement (whereas one company only wanted to do two walls for the price). The total job was the drain, three sump pumps, some mold removal, work around the outside of the home, and they drilled "weep holes" in the foundation to relieve the pressure on the walls and route the water to the drains. The guys that did the work were friendly, fast and efficient. They were respectful of our home and really easy to work with. Even after the job Steve followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We are definitely satisfied and our basement is definitely dry (at last, haha) even after all of the rain we've been having. Thank you!!!

Steve and his team were lifesavers! When I met Steve I was so mad at my previous contractor-he didn't fix a thing and took my money. Steve, on the other hand, did everything he said he would do. He explained everything to me-what was going on with the leak in the foundation and how it would be repaired. Steve's team showed up a couple of days later and it was done. The repair is fixed and my basement is completely dry. Steve makes you feel at ease and talks to you like a friend. Steve and his team will be back at my house in a few weeks to do some more work. Steve was a man of his word, I was questioning a repair that had a crack in it and it was almost immediately taken care of. They are a busy group; but they are very professional and respectful of the property. Great service. Honest and reliable. Would hire in a heartbeat!!!

Steve and his guys were the most professional and thorough group by far that came to our house to diagnose and come up with a solution to our problem. There was constant communication throughout the process. There has also been follow up to make sure all is well with their work. His crew was incredibly efficient and careful to do everything right in completing their work. They put in an entire water proofing system around our basement and went above and beyond to remedy issues we had outside our house as well.

Steve gave me a very detailed explanation of how they would stop my problems with water in the basement. The crew did an excellent job on installation; they were hardworking, efficient and courteous and cleaned up well. Shelving along the walls was removed and then returned. Overall, very happy with the installation.

We had persistent flooding and water in the basement and resultant mold problems. Called Steve and he came the same day, diagnosed our problem immediately, laid out our options, pros, cons and associated costs. Pricing was fair and No hard sell, which I really appreciated. It was a big job and they made it painless. We had to have all dry wall in basement removed due to water damage and mold and 2 sump pumps and drains installed and then new studs and new dry wall reinstalled. It looks great and basement is now dry as a bone! Steve runs a tight ship and his crew worked extremely hard, were on time, completed the project quickly and were super clean. Seriously, very clean, didn't really know they had been there. Lines of communication were always open and it was easy to communicate with Steve or his sons.They would always answer the phone and would often call to check in to see if we had any questions. They have a great and well deserved reputation and I would recommend them to anyone. We are grateful to have a livable and dry basement. Thanks Steve!

Steve was great. Very knowledgeable. I’ve been wanting basement fixed for years. Have had many different opinions on how to fix. Steve is the only guy that knew exactly what was needed. Steve was very personable, explained everything in detail; stopped by or called each day to make sure the work was going well; helped us work with our budget as much as possible.

Had water down basement during inspection. Seller agreed to have basement waterproofed and I was given 10 year warranty for job. Noticed water down basement weeks after settlement. Went back and forth with Waterproofing company and seller for over a year and nothing was fixed. I finally had Dry At Last Waterproofing company come out to assess the basement and I’m now working with them to get this done right finally. Steve is very passionate and knowledgeable about his work. Finally nice to work with a professional that knows what he’s doing.

Steve and Pete are great guys. They talked me through everything, constantly asked if I had questions or if I did not understand something. Steve took me through water mngt 101, showing me exactly what was going on with my basement, why it was happening & most importantly made sure I truly understood the issue at hand. That is greatly appreciated when your venture in unfamiliar territory. Pete and his guys came in and knocked the job out in a day and half. They were punctual, fact and clean up after themselves.
