Called and spoke to the owner who stated he would do the best he could to have a service technician out the same day. He was at my home within a few hours. Audubon Cesco has done work for my family for many years and I would highly recommend them. There prices are reasonable and competitive with other heating and air conditioning companies. They gave me a quote on replacing my heater and air conditioner which was lower than another company.

No one was available to come out on Sunday, but Ed and his apprentice showed up bright and early Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, got the needed part from their truck, and heated my house for me again. They were both very knowledgeable and personable.

After having a horrific encounter with Horizon, saying I needed a new furnace, I sought a second opinion from Mike based on a personal recommendation. He was pleasant, timely, and honest- all qualities that I value in someone doing repair work in my home. Mike told me that my 8 year old furnace was nowhere near needing to be replaced and after a few moments of inspecting it, he pulled a dead bird out of my exhaust motor, which had been causing the awful noise (that other company missed!). He let me stay downstairs while he worked and talked to me about what needed to be repaired. He brought an end to a stressful day and quoted me $350 for the repair that Horizon quoted over $1200 for (although they insisted that I should just replace the furnace instead). As a young woman and a first time home owner it is so refreshing to have someone who I do not feel like is taking advantage of my naivety. I will be called Audobon Cesco for all of my HVAC servicing needs from now on and will encourage my friends and family to do the same!

Awesome! Mike and his team really worked hard in the attic, crawl space, on ladders, and in the rain. There were no complaints from the team and this was not an easy job. The installation required three condensing units and eight heads. Cesco installed in such a way that there are no splices Ian the coolant lines. This requires more work, but will make us happier many years later. Additionally, we hired their electrician for a separate job. We also referred them to a neighbor who had a like system installed in a rental duplex. There were a few punch list items with the job which were addressed promptly. Because we did not like the idea of white line hide on our house CESCO had the line hide pieces sent to us two weeks ahead of time so that we could paint them. The end result looks great. While the Fujitsu system does not run for free, it uses significantly less energy than we expected.

They're very friendly and responsive. They don't have a lot of staff turn-over so I know who's coming out. This is very important to me.

Central air and duct-work installed in I believe 2 days. All went well from initial sales consultation with Dan to the installation.

He was really honest with us and just turned up the air pressure so it would flow through more quickly. His honesty really impressed me and he was not just out to get my money. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
