Since 1976, Accu-Flo Systems, LLC continues to build and service concrete and vinyl liner pools. We currently specialize in concrete pool restoration and installation. We also have extended our services to include the installation and automation of pool solar systems, concrete hot tubs, residential and commercial salt systems, UV sanitation systems, lighting systems, filter systems, heating systems, and pool covers as well as other maintenance services. Horrible service.
Description of Work: Abysmal response. We waited for weeks to get replacement parts installed during which we had to endure increasing damage. Demanded to install a chlorinator, which then broke, which triggered another several weeks of waiting for "parts". To then address algae growth, they used a pressure washer to "clean" the pool, which severely damaged the pool, and it now needs to be repainted.

We are very sorry for and do not condone the unsatisfactory service that Mr. [Member Name Removed] received. The service tech who had powerwashed (without authorization) and serviced Mr. Mahjouris pool has since been let go and no longer works for our company. We have repeatedly reached out to Mr. [Member Name Removed] to offer him a credit on his unpaid balance and to repaint his pool properly (the previous contractor had failed to properly prep the pool and used an incompatible paint causing it to chalk and prematurely flake), although unfortunately we have not received a response. The type of service that Mr. [Member Name Removed] described is in fact abysmal and is not tolerated within our company. Any rare occurrence of negligence on our part is dealt with swiftly, fairly, and responsibly.

I hired accu flow systems at the beginning of the summer. They take care of my pool weekly....chemicals and all. If I have a problem I can text him and he shows up in a timely manner.
