they did not return my phone calls and they did not complete the work that they promised

This company took advantage of my elderly father. Ridge roof vent repair in August 2020, for $1070. December 2020 storm took shingles off the ridgeline in the area of repair. The company called, stated they would view the damage and report back. Several attempts to reach them by phone and email were not returned. Needed to pay another roofer $650 for additional work in the same area.

John and his team at High Tech did a wonderfull job. They provided great service and made me very comfortable during the entire process.

I called this company because I had a leak in my roof. They came out and gave me a estimate of $4000.00 to repair the leak. this was by far not the lowest estimate, however they had good reviews. They repaired a 10x12 area of the roof. They used 2 1/2 sheets of plywood and 3 2x4. when he gave me the bill it was an additional 1500.00 I said no way and he said he would split the coct with me. After all this money I thought I would have a roof that would not leak. When the next rain came it leaked worse than before, so I called them and they came out in 3 days to fix it. Comes the next rain and it now leaks worse than before, I had water all over my floor a real disaster. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and that was a lot of money to throw away. I will not have them back as I have no faith that they will fix it. I will get someone else to do a proper repair. The only thing High Tech about this company is their high price.

They came quickly to replace my damaged roof and apply gutter guards. Guys were very nice and informative. Work was done in one day. Every thing was cleaned and removed. I would recommend. Thank you for great service!

I called the day after Hurricane Isaias tore some shingles from the roof, a piece of flashing off the front of the house and some siding came loose. Within 5 minutes of putting in a request for service, I received a call and an appointment. Everything was completely repaired 2 days later. The service was fast, friendly and done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend High-Tech.

I had High Tech come out in April 2019 and install a new flat roof, the roof was completed, sealed and since no problems.

The leak that they were supposed to fix was not fixed, they did come back to try and fix, but it still leaks, and now they have stopped taking my calls.

High Tech Roofing was very prompt came out the next day to do the job. Did not try to oversell me - just completed the small job that was needed for a fair price after I got several estimates. I will definitely consider using High Tech & Home Advisor again for future roofing jobs when needed!
