Good service

Price was reasonable. Delivery was prompt and courteous. Would definitely use him again.

They took advantage of a bad storm to inflate their prices on a very, very small job. Charged $800 to remove a large branch that was laying on the ground, and small braches (that we piled up by the curb for them). The job took less than 1 hour to perform. Two weeks prior, Bill took down a very large tree for me for a good price, ...and I gave him all of the firewood to re-sell. The wife told me on the phone that Bill would not charge me an emergency fee because we are existing customers, Bill admitted that it was a higher price than normal. When I confronted him about being overcharged on the current small job, he replied "...yeah, but I gave you a good price on that last tree".

All was good. I would have given an A+ for quality, professionalism and punctuality if I could.They were the only company I could get on site after the storm. Not only that, they were here within three hours after I called to give an estimate. A couple days later (today) they arrived first thing in the morning and had everything down and cleaned up by noon. Only down site, and I think this is an Angie's list issue, is that they do not take the credit cards listed on their posting here. Only cash or check. I lucked out that I had the money, but, others easily could be caught short if the job was bigger and would prove quite embarrassing especially in an insurance situation like this was that the money is not immediately available from the insurance company. Lesson learned, always verify these things up front.

Bill Turner and his team came to my house on a late Sunday afternoon to remove a tree off my fence that had fallen during a huge storm. They took extra care to ensure no damage was done elsewhere as there was other property that could have been damaged if care was not taken. While other tree service companies wouldn't come by for a small job that I had Bill did and was very fair with his price. I will call Turner whenever I need tree service!!!!

He was very professional, promptly returned my phone call and promptly came to our house to deliver and stack 1/2 cord of firewood. His prices was very reasonable for this service. Wood seems to be burning great.

He did everything he said he would. He came a day earlier than he said. He's extremely professional.

I needed a cord of seasoned mixed hard wood but I needed it no longer than 15and quot;. About 80% of the wood complied with my request. I felt the price was a little high but it was dropped off quickly. I found them professional and courtesy. I also felt that the wood delivered was plentiful and they were not skimpy. I plan to use their services again.

The prices were very reasonable and they did an excellent job. They are also insured. I would highly recommend them

THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY ALSO CUT THE TRUNK INTO PIECES FOR ME TO USE FOR FIREWOOD. THAT WAS A BIG HELP.
