It did go very well, Mike was very nice and was there in the house until job was completed . Did a good job and my surroundings after the job was clean with no mess. I would definitely recommend then for everyone who needs their roof replaced.

Call several home roofing companies for estimate to replace my roof and got a price any were from $8500 to $18000. I looked up on Angie's list and called Ulrich Builders and got Mike Grisso. He came the same day for and gave me an estimate of $5460 blowing everyone away to include myself. I ask about the material he is going to use and it was the same thing that the big name company that gave me an estimate of $18000. I was still hesitant about his price and figure that it might be a scam. I check his review and called BBB and they told me that they didn't have any complaint on the company. I waited 3 weeks to call him again and confirm what materials he is going to use and what type of warranty he is going to give me. He said that due to the material he is using it's a life time warranty by GAF manufacture and he is backing it up with a 10 yr anything happens to the roof, Ulrich Roofing will fix it for free. The second conversation happen on a Tuesday, I gave him a deposit of $2730 and he said that he can do the roof in 1 day and he can do it Friday of the same week. Wow quick service. Mike G. and his crew arrived on time (0730) and started working right away and were finish by 6pm. The crew was very professional and cleaned up as they were working so not to make a big mess. After word they had a big magnet and walk around the perimeter of the house to get all the nails that were still on the ground. Over all, I highly recommend Mike Grisso and Ulrich Roofing to all my friends and anyone that reads this posting. From the beginning of this process Mike Grisso, has been extremely responsive and punctual. Mike never missed an appointment, he made time to explain things to us, made suggestions and then left the decision making to us. There was never a hard sell - just gave us the facts regarding materials that are available, provided us with an estimate and then let us decide. Once we made the decision to move forward Ulrich took care of obtaining permits from the Township, scheduled an installation time that was convenient for us and stayed in close touch in case the schedule needed to be adjusted due to inclement weather.Mike, site supervisor, and his crew arrived on time on the day planned. The got to work quickly,and were extremely careful of our home and took every step necessary to install and clean-up in a professional manner. There are little things, extra steps that mean so much. We are very pleased with the quality of the roofing material that was used. We have total and complete peace of mind that the roof will serve us well for years to come.
