I spent months planning the replacement of our old septic system and learned a lot in the process. Lindsay construction was the one of the first bids I got, and after a lot of searching, I found that this company's bid and abilities were the best for my needs. I had to have 2 old interconnected cesspools properly abandoned per code and a completely new septic system and drain field installed. The work was started and completed within 2 weeks in August of 2016, and everything went as planned at the quoted price. I chose to have an engineering firm do the system design and permitting for the system first for $2000 - making the total price for the job $15,500. I then sent that design out to construction companies for bid. Lindsay's low price concerned me a little at first, but I came to learn that other companies typically have to charge more because they do not own all their equipment AND they typically have to charge to dispose of soil they remove. Lindsay's team was prompt and friendly. They worked hard to ensure I was able to get a gravity-fed system (instead of a more costly system requiring a pump and an additional tank). This required a lot of work under my house to raise the height of the drains to make it all possible. After 7 months the system is working flawlessly. I 100% recommend

Rich is wonderful. He did a great job installing a replacing the old septic system. Although the job was a nightmare, he did a great job. His company cleaned up the yard, Upon completion of the jobs he has done for us (2), he grates out the ground and plants grass seed covered with straw. He does keep his word when it comes to repairing any damage that may occur from the large trucks and in our case it was more than 20.Thanks Rich for a job well done.
