My son paid for the 25 slats and 3 posts based off of the slats they had on display in the show room. Then he was informed that there was no one available to cut the slats and he would have to come back to pick them up. He was given the 3 posts at this time. He was not happy because he should have been told before he paid for the fencing. Since he had to take time off from work and I live 15 miles away, he agreed to come back another day. He picked up the fence a few days later but did not examine the 25 individual slats until he got home as he was on a time restriction during his lunch hour. There were 2 different colors of cedar (white cedar (9) and red cedar (16). To top it off, the slats were not wide enough and not thick enough to match my existing white cedar fencing. They were 1/4 inch shorter and 1/8 inch less deep than what was presented in the show room. I called the Company as soon as I realized their mistake. I was told that my son had approved of the sample they had in the office. That is a lie. I saw the sample in the office today and it looked nothing like the slats that they had cut, The width, thickness, and color were wrong and the slats also were rounded on the edges. After they said they did not have the material like my sample slat, they finally agreed to refund the money for the 25 slats. However, they also said there would be a 15% re- stocking fee deducted from my refund. My son argued with them as this 15% "stocking fee" was not listed on the receipt, but to no avail. (Please note that there are no signs posted in their office about re-stocking fees.) They also did not know how to process a refund. Stay away from this Company! You may not get what you pay for and they treat their customers poorly for mistakes on their part. Angie's List needs to look into their rating because they are NOT an A but an F.

The fence is absolutely beautiful.r The owners of Atco were outstanding and quick to respond to questions. The workman were clean and cleaned up nicely after they finished the installation.

There were many obstructions and property line issues that Dave and his crew took care of in a professional and skilled manner. Ed and Diane, in the office, were always very helpful when I called with a question or issue. They had such a professional approach to the customer, as well as good, fair pricing, that I am using them for another property that I own.

Came when expected, did a good job! Friendly and courteous. Will use them when I replace my entire fence.

I emailed Diane with my property survey for a quote. After numerous days I finally received a quote for $2875. They would only come out to see the yard and fill out association paperwork for approval once I committed to using them. The quote seemed high so I ended up shopping around. Same exact fence was quoted $2050 by another local company. I have trees in the back yard and clearly from my property survey they couldn't see that. I would have definitely used them because a lot of our neighbors fences are from the same company if they had only just come out to see the property.

I liked their service. They did a competent job and got it done within a day. They tore down the old and put the new one up. Overall the fence looks great, and I did not have them paint it. Once they work was done, they removed the old fence material.

They came out and did a full fence for us. We were limited by our town of what type of fence we were allowed to instal, but they had a good selection to choose from. They were on time and the workers were good. The best part about the service was the owner, Dave Humphrey SR was very hands on and he gave us the estimate. He was also here for both days to check in on the work around the end of the day. The estimate was spot on and we would definitely use them again. I was late for the first initial appointment for the estimate and he did wait around for me; I called him and he said that he was at dinner and told me that he would come back afterward; which was nice and I thought was very generous of him.

They installed beautiful picket fencing around the front of our house and chain link fencing around the back. They did a great job and were on time and on budget. Great job!

They were terrific. They were absolutely everything that I expected them to be and beyond good. They were honest. They did what they said they were going to do. They finished when they said they were gonna finish. They were here on time when they said they would gonna be. They were outstanding. I was really happy with them.

Even though Atco only works in NJ they came up on the search as serving the Philadelphia area.

The woman on the phone was very nice, just said they only work in NJ.

It was hard work due to some tree roots. It was a hot day but they worked pretty fast and were done in about 7 hours. The fence looks great and was installed with cemented posts which is the way it should be done. Overall I'm very pleased. The installers knew what they were doing and did a good job. My only negative is the wheelbarrow they were using to mix the cement was cleaned out on the lawn leaving chunks of cement in the yard.

Called for repair work to fence that was installed by another contractor who is out of business. Diane answered the phone..I told her the probem I had that needed repair. I also told her I saw their name on Angie'sList..she was impressed by the good reports. Dave came to our home and fixed the problem and I can tell you that I would certainly recommend him for any fencing work that would need to be needed. THANK YOU ANGIE.

Very responsive to request for quote. Came to house to verify dimensions. Arrived with contract that was $100 higher than quote that was emailed to me. Quickly corrected the price. Called in advance to notify me that weather would delay start by one day. Crew showed up on time and did a professional job.

The estimator came out quickly. The work was done soon (2 weeks) after we accepted the estimate which was very close to another we had gotten. The work was completed in 2 days and it was done neatly and the cleanup was very well done. At the begining of the second day there was a little confusion about where part of the fence should be. Luckily we were here to correct. This is why I downgraded professionalism to a C.We are very pleased with the results and both of our neighbors have told us it is attractive.

Everything went according to schedule. They showed up on time. Completed the job on time. Picked up after themselves. Absolutely no complaints

Called Dave out for an estimate and he handed me a detail estimate before leaving the property. We collaborated with 2 neighbors to put fencing up also. They schedule a date. showed up on time and finished the job in two days. Very professional..no subing work out. Cleaned up too. Going to use them again for our new home!

Good. They are a good fence contractor. This is what they do. The quote was the middle price I got. Overall a high quality job.
