Roof replacement construction not started yet. They did some emergency repairs when they came out. They are very knowledgeable.

I cannot begin to say enough about ARP. From the minute they came out to give us a estimate they were very professional, courteous and very easy to work with. Everthing was explained in detail. When they came out to install the new roof they were prompt and did even more than promised. The job came out beautiful . My property was cleaned and you could not even find a nail. I would highly recommend ARP and I plan on using them for future projects.

Came out residence quickly. Gave a very detailed estimate and listed each and every step that would be covered. Reviewed steps that would be taken in detail with me and answered all of my questions. Being a single woman I have had several contractors/services over the years who were condescending or did not detail what was needed to complete job. I greatly appreciated Andy's professionalism. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The workman were also all friendly yet professional. There was absolutely NOTHING left behind even though they had to remove two layers of roofing.

Andy gave a good and simple explanation of what needed to be done for the roof repair. Workman came out and completed the job and cleaned up the property. Nice guys to work with.

The workmen came out on time and the crew completed the small garage roof in 2.5 hours. They provided extra services like covering the whole roof with ice and water shield. The owner is a GAF certified installer and he provided a certificate of insurance. It was a job well done. Roof looks great. Our neighbor was impressed and may use their services.

They contacted us the same day and came to the house 45 minutes later. He went on the roof and took photos of leaking area to show me the problem area. I was so impressed with his professional manner, that we had them install a ridge vent. Thank you very much for the great job.

We receiived a call to schedule an estimate in a timely fashion. Work was completed within one week of signing a contract. The new shed roof looks good and everything was cleaned up. Thought they might have caulked small gaps but we can do that.....overall, we are pleased.

A.R.P. was great to work with. Any time I had a question, almost always Andy, the owner, would answer the phone. If not, he would return my call promptly. I was very satisfied with their service. His workers were very neat and polite. They were professional, on time, and did a really great job. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in one day. They went above and beyond my expectations and did extra things I asked them to do. They painted my gutters, caulked windows, and replaced some capping that blew off. I would use their company again and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

ARP was great. Andy Pollack who is the owner was always there for a question and if I needed any follow up, here was there within hour or at the time he stated he would be here. I had an unrelated incident with my fan hood blowing off my room and he came to fix it without charge, even though it wasn't their fault. Fixed it within hours after I called. Very satisfied with their service. Excellent

Andrew came right out to give me an estimate for my roof. He was honest and told me exactly what i needed and his price was very good. I had a big project and he was able to start when i needed him to and completed the work in time for the holiday which is what i asked him to do. Outstanding tool to finding qualified contractors for the type of repairs I needed

Andy responded quickly to my call. He arrived the next day, on time for our scheduled appointment. He repaired my loose shingles. He was professioanl and very pleasant to deal with.

ARP Renovation was extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They were honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. They assisted with all aspects ranging from materials, work schedules, and insurance claims. I had to hire other contractors to do electrical and heating/air repairs and was amazed at the level of incompentance and dishonesty that I encountered with the other companies. I would highly recommend ARP Renovation and would definately use them again.

Andrew came in with his crew, and repaired my siding and replaced my atic fan. He had the best price for doing the work involved. Him and his crew came in and did a great job, they cleaned up when they completed the job as well. I would hire them again .
