God bless Andrew and A.R.P. Renovation and Maintenance. Our ridge vent came loose in a recent storm. Called Andrew at 2:30 pm on a Friday. He arrived within the hour. He went up on the roof, did a temporary fix to keep rain water out, and gave us a verbal price quote for the repair. We shook hands on the agreed upon price. Andrew needed to order the materials and a few days later he arrived to do the permanent repair. His invoice was for the agreed upon estimate. It's so refreshing to find an honest, professional contractor. When our roof is ready to be replaced, Andrew and A.R.P. will be the first one we call. Thank you Andrew!

They responded promptly to our request for a quote and contracted with us to perform the work in a very timely matter. The crew arrived on time to install our new roof and did an amazing job! I found Andy and his crew to be very professional and knowledgeable individuals from start to finish. They gave us a concise estimate for the work needed and assisted with the insurance claims adjusters. Once the job began, they finished on schedule and we are very pleased with their workmanship. I highly recommend Andy and his team for the job.

Left a message on the answering machine, and Andy called back near the end of the day, showed up first thing the next morning and fixed the roof immediately. Great work by a great company for which I highly recommend.

The work was completed in one day, and they cleaned up very well after the job was done. It looks great.

Roof replacement construction not started yet. They did some emergency repairs when they came out. They are very knowledgeable.

When they came out to install the new roof they were prompt and did even more than promised. The job came out beautiful . My property was cleaned and you could not even find a nail. Came out residence quickly. Gave a very detailed estimate and listed each and every step that would be covered. Reviewed steps that would be taken in detail with me and answered all of my questions. Being a single woman I have had several contractors/services over the years who were condescending or did not detail what was needed to complete job. I greatly appreciated Andy's professionalism. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The workman were also all friendly yet professional. There was absolutely NOTHING left behind even though they had to remove two layers of roofing.

Andy gave a good and simple explanation of what needed to be done for the roof repair. Workman came out and completed the job and cleaned up the property. Nice guys to work with.

The workmen came out on time and the crew completed the small garage roof in 2.5 hours. They provided extra services like covering the whole roof with ice and water shield. The owner is a GAF certified installer and he provided a certificate of insurance. It was a job well done. Roof looks great. Our neighbor was impressed and may use their services.
