I never got a call back

I spoke with Al's at 2:30 pm and they had a person at my home by 5:30 pm the same day. The young man was very professional and went about his work. Once he was finished he cleaned up the area, and other than some loose dirt, there was no evidence that he was here. We ran the irrigation system and he was on his way. He called me the next morning to make sure that everything was OK. I am very happy with selecting Al's and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

They are absolutely wonderful. They are just amazing for everything. Just maxed out for everything. They are just wonderful. I would use them again. Actually I am going to make sure my realtor gives out his information.

They showed up an hour after I called diagnosed the problem within minutes of being here he was EXTREMELY knowledgable and started working immediately after we agreed on the size pump and tank. He has all the supplies with him which was awesome he didn't have to leave for anything. He was awesome very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone that has any kind of well issue. His pricing was the lowest to so its a no brainier choice. He will definitely get all my work and family and friends for future reference.

They came out first to diagnose then completed the repair the same day. Made sure everything was running smooth and even ran the sprinklers to be sure there were no issues. Went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations all at a reasonable price.

It went great. I trust them with their knowledge and abilities. If I ever have a question or problem, they will come right back out to help me solve it.

Quick, professional and courteous. No surprises

Our sprinkler system would not function after being restarted by the lawn people(Fresh Cut) this summer. They told us our well pump was "shot" and we would need to replace it. I found this company on Angies list and am very pleased I did. Bart, who is the owner, showed up exactly on time the same day I called. He began at the sprinkler box and went out from there, checking all electric as he went to the well. He was able to determine that we had damage to the power cable. He verified that the pump was functioning correctly by bypassing the normal power cable and starting the sprinkler system. We were able to replace/rebury the power cable ourselves. Bart provided us complete instructions and my husband has had experience with electrical work. Bart was here on a very warm day, his diagnosis required frequent trips from the garage to the backyard and back again. He had to remove electrical box covers and dig in the ground. He cleaned up and restored every surface he touched. My husband and I found him to be both knowledgeable and professional. Bart explained everything he was doing and why. We would recommend him and his company in a heartbeat!

Three years ago Al's Water Pump Service installed my well. They were thoroughly professional and did a great job installing the well. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the installation was complete. I called them back this year due to sand in the sprinkler system. They return phone calls, and when they make an appointment they show up on time. They identified my problem, corrected it, restored the landscape, and were finished in less than hour. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to anyone who may be interested in installing a well, or fixing or maintaining one. I found them to be professional, courteous, prompt, and efficient.

We were provided with the options and provider was candid about difficulties of replacing pump and component parts given the age of the system. We were provided candid information about the job and a prompt estimate. The scope of the job- new well- is much larger than anticipated with replacing existing parts- so we are holding off on getting the work done for now-

Al's Water Pump Service estimate came in at the lowest price. The responsiveness of the service was A+. He also removed our old filtration system that was no longer needed because of the depth of the well. The following is a list of the specifications of the job. Drill 4" water well up to 400 feet deep. Installed 4" x 10' well screen and gravel pack. Grout annular space to meet state and county codes. Installed new 1.5 H.P. submersible pump, 12-2 wire with ground. Installed 4" x 1" pit-less well adapter and chlorinate well. Installed WX-250 pressurized storage tank with all new brass fittings. Obtain state and county well permits. Seal old well if easily accessible. Did not include cleanup or water analysis by county. ( $380.00) Our water analysis came back with all levels well below the allowable limit. Our biggest problem had been with the iron content. My prior well had a iron content of 39.9 and 0.20 with filtration but even with filtration iron deposits were still staining my appliances and bathroom surfaces. Now our new well at 390 ft. has no filtration and our iron content is less then 0.10. I have not noticed any iron deposits yet and the water tastes great! Bart was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely recommend him to others.

I contacted Al's (and several other well/pump companies) about 4 months ago. They provided me a free estimate for the service that I needed and answered all the questions that I had. Reall, I was probably annoying with all the questions and back-n-forth that I did with other contracters. Al's never seemed to get annoyed unlike a few of the others.I finally called them to schedule the work, four months later. They said, let us look up the quote we gave you, said ok, how does Friday sound. They arrived early, did a great job, answered more of my questions. Very happy with this contractor.
