All-Out Plumbing

All-Out Plumbing called me at 5 pm on Thursday 12/26 and said they would show up the next day to fix my toilet and sink. It's now Monday. They never showed up and never called. I guess they didn't want my money.

They came out very quickly once i made a phone call. It was great. Fantastic!

I called on Saturday morning; spoke to answering service and call was returned within 10 minutes. The tech (Steve)b said that, if i called back before 3:00 p.m., he MIGHT be able to do the work today - if not, the work could not be done until Monday. He could not quote a price over the phone and, because I could not be assured that he could do the work today, I had it done by another company. I am very pleased, however, that he did return my call so promptly and I would definitely consider this company for future work.

We have been searching for a new plumber for the last few years. Our search is over. We will definitely be calling on them in the future!

Jay and Jason did a great job on the bathroom and on installing the dryer which I didn't realize was bigger than my old dryer and needed a new venting. But the big thing was when I had several gas leaks in my house causing the gas to be turned off. That happened on Saturday night with a snow storm moving in. I left Jay a message at 8 Sunday morning. He returned my call by 9. The guys were there by 10 and had the 5 leaks fixed by 11:30. These guys are the best. They are the only plumbers I'll ever use now, I'm giving their business cards to everyone I know.

All went very well. Jay is responsive…comes right away. Professional, cleans up beautifully after finishing his job.

All-Out Plumbing showed-up in a little more than 30 minutes, on time, for Emergency Service. For nearly a week, I had tried Drain Cleaner, RID, and Snaking the lines for a clog. Jason, the serviceman, listened to what I had done, and explained the possibilities of the sewer line backing up. He used an extension plunger at the last Trap. In 5 seconds, we heard the gargle, then a gas plume followed with the stoppage released. He made sure everything was flushed from the house, and gave me some tips to keeping it clear. I had a competitor here 3-yrs ago to deal with the exact same problem. It was similar to this issue, but they were here for 4-hrs, and subsequently 3 visits afterward. They also lost my 'trap cap', and wanted to charge me for a new one. A cap isn't something you remember to buy, so this just didn't have a real cap. (I had improvised). When Jason saw that while cleaning up, without me seeing, he put a new one on at and quot;no chargeand quot;. I have several plumbing needs in the house. All-Out Plumbing will be my first choice.
