I was told by a representative from Mr Sandless company that they could not do anything to improve the condition of my floor however I was not satisfied with that answer I called step-by-step and Eduardo showed up at my home and evaluate the floors and assured me that he could correct the floors current condition. I took a chance and hired Eduardo to clean and re-coat the floors and to our surprise myself and my wife we were 100% satisfied with the outcome thank you Eduardo.
