Was so professional, perfect could not ask for better service. Had used another company (large well known name) so disappointed. This company was such a nice departure. The gentleman was on time and went beyond being helpful. Took care of everything. The critters were outside by our garden and were having a grand time, he took care of them fast. And with no issues as we had little dogs. Price was no issue. I along with my husband have nothing but compliments. Would highly recommend. Best service ever!!!

Last fall he sprayed the grounds around the house, garage and basement and the crickets have not returned this winter. Caught one mouse with a trap at end of December. Have not seen any since. Easy to work with and would definitely hire again if needed. Sorry, but can't remember the price I paid, but it was less than others when I originally did my research to find an exterminator. I asked for a quote and his invoice matched when the work was done.

Work was very effective and worker was very good.

They were excellent and they did a great job. They were honest. They confirmed that other businesses had lied to us about what needed to be done. One man came to my house and he was respectful.

Kyle was one of the few who were not only responsive, but prompt. He took the time to explain what was going on, what chemical was going to be used, and set expectations. He even came back to do spot treatments, and to also treat a different pest not included in the original agreement, without charge. It's nice to find somebody who is true to their word, and honors their promise.

serviceman was on time and very professional. He listened to all my problems with ants and put ant stations in interior of my home and treated the exterior and also a tree that was close to my house i would definataly call him again.

Said he would come back if necessary to eliminate all rodents. It was not necessary. One treatment was completely successful.

In July 2015, unbeknownst to me, I had a large nest of yellow jackets living in my front lawn. Unfortunately I discovered them when my lawn tractor stalled over their nest, (which was about a 2" hole in the lawn). I got stung simultaneously by 7 of them. Luckily, I'm not allergic, but painful just the same. For days I tried everything to get rid of them, but no matter what I sprayed on the lawn from the hardware stores, I couldn't get rid of them. I searched Angie's List and found Raider Pest Control. They responded immediately with same day service. The exterminator was professional and knowledgeable. He used a wand sprayer (with a solution from his truck) to reach into the nest and explained that I may see some wasps flying around for a few hours but by the next day, they should be gone. If not, he would come back, at no additional charge. He was absolutely correct, the next day they were completely gone. The nest was a ghost town. What a relief! I'll definitely be using their services again; I have a rather large property, it's almost an acre & I'm sure there'll be another pest. Lessoned learned don't bother with ineffective sprays from the hardware store, if you want the pest gone, call a professional from Angie's List. Would definitely recommend Raider Pest Control.

The tech was prompt and very professional. I told him what the issue was, he told me what his process would be and to keep my dog away from a certain area. He performed the treatment and let me know when he had completed the job. I am very pleased with the results. No more bug attacks at my front door.

Service was performed quickly - and in fact sooner than we expected. Job was done efficiently and effectively.

Kyle arrived ontime and examined the exterior of the house and basement. Made some recommendations to prevent animals from entering the house and getting on the roof. Also inspected garage. Did a thorough job and would recommend....

Kyle came in with his flashlight, and started looking around for signs of the insects and mouse droppings. He identified areas were the congregated and recommended a fogger for the basement and crawl space, and sprayed pesticide in the garage and under the deck. He was very personable, and easy to work with. The price was good and am very satisfied with his work. He is highly recommended.

They did a great job! There were a lot of bees so they were very thorough. We have noticed ants making an appearance again. We called them. They are returning to provide an additional treatment.

Seemed knowledgeable of his field. Too early to tell if the baiting worked. Said house is too old for it to be possible to seal off all areas of possible entry of rodents.
