He is pleasant, courteous, timely, fair in pricing, and totally understands the value of customer satisfaction. We are very pleased with the qualilty of his work and would definitely use him again. Additionally, we would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: - Power wash one side of our two story home to remove algae/mold staining. - Power wash approx 500 sq. ft. deck and apply two coats of solid stain

+ -1 moreHe did great work, but three weeks in to the job he said there's more work needed then he thought and had to up the quote. The previous roof that was on the building, he said the shingles were installed with staples. For him to remove all of the shingles was time consuming and the labor cost increased.
