This is at least the third time we have worked with Carpet Depot. I would highly recommend utilizing their services. Their services are expert from beginning to end!

This is our third time using Carpet Depot. The first 2 times were to install wood floors, which we reviewed on Angie’s List at the time, giving Carpet Depot two outstanding reviews. Nothing has changed; we received the same outstanding service from Mr. Bob Puopolo, the owner, who patiently took the time to guide us toward the best carpeting for our needs. Bob’s installers also did an excellent job; our old carpeting was removed and disposed of and our new carpeting was installed perfectly and looked so nice on our stairway. Bob’s crew were very respectful and after finishing up, they carefully cleaned their work area to its original condition. Bob has earned our complete trust and we give him our highest recommendation.

Excellent! This is the second time we've used Carpet Depot and as we did the first time, we give Bob Puopolo & Carpet Depot our highest recommendation! Bob is a true professional. He's been providing outstanding service in the same location on the Jersey Shore for more than 30 years. Bob and his crew are 'old school' meticulous, which is readily apparent when viewing the quality of their work. Throughout the installation process, Bob's crew showed the utmost respect for our home, placing cloth tarps leading from the outside and into the work area inside our home. Upon completion, all of the dust and debris was cleaned up both inside and out to its original state. We have two more rooms requiring wood floors and we will definitely be calling upon Carpet Depot a third time.

Bob, the owner of Carpet Depot, Ocean, NJ. was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful regarding our choice of wood flooring. We found his pricing to be very fair and his quotation comprehensive regarding the work to be performed. Bob took his time with us, answered all of our questions and his suggestions enabled us to make an informed decision; we never felt even a hint of sales pressure. It was very refreshing to find someone who knew what they were talking about and not just a 'salesman' trying to close a deal. Bob's installers were also courteous, knowledgeable, worked very hard and made some additional suggestions that we found very helpful. We will soon be ready to install additional wood flooring in our downstairs area and without a doubt, we will be using Carpet Depot again.

Decent price. Not punctual on installation time and only sent 1 guy (2nd was sick). He did a good job installing, but it took a long time because he was late and alone. He stayed until finished, but we had to change plans to be home until he finished the job around 9PM. I should have rescheduled when he was late, but wanted it done.

We have used carpet depot twice now, once for kitchen floors for an area rug. We could not be happier with their service in all aspects and will be using them in the future. The friendly, knowledgeable staff guided us through a range of options for both materials and price. They ripped out old kitchen linoleum and installed the new floor perfectly. We could not be happier.

Our initial plan when starting our kitchen remodel was to install cork flooring throughout our kitchen and dining room. We had checked a number of other local and big box cork dealers and found Carpet Depot to have the best overall price, and the most educated staff on the actual product as well. After the demolition of our kitchen we found hardwood floors in our dining room and had changed our plan to refinishing our hardwood floors instead of covering it with cork. They were more than understanding and flexible with our change in plans. After installation, the cork looked fantastic but the hardwood was not as great. While the actual finish was fine, and even matched up really well with the other hardwood throughout the house, there were a number of holes in the floor from the years of damage and cover up in which the putty used to fill in didn't match or even pick up the stain at all. We did address the issue, and immediately were given options to either fix the floor, or continue the cork with no additional costs attached. I feel that they handled the issue extremely well, timely, and without argument and in the end made me an extremely satisfied customer - who also has an AMAZING and very professionally done cork floor! I would recomend Carpet Depot to anybody, and will be a return customer in the future.
