Same experience as the previous customer. Never came when he said he was coming to mow the lawn. When he did come it was 7am in the morning and the job was sloppy. Would not reccomend at all.

Gave estimate. Never called back about other projects.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a "professional," from start to finish. Harold, supposedly the owner, was an incredibly frustrating combination of lack of responsiveness and smugness. He didnt wish to appear for our first appt because it was raining (uh... a little rain for a landscaper?), and then was generally unavailable for weeks after he did a site visit. he promised to have something the next week.. the next week... the next week. he did not even call. I finally called him and, hooray, he was able to make an appt -- yet another week later. By that time, approximately four weeks had passed from my first contact. He was an hour late for the appt. No phone call. Finally arrived - with a proposal that did not resemble what I had asked for. He literally said "I have been doing this for years - if you had wanted to choose your own bushes, you should have gone to a nursery and picked them out." He would not "give" on his plan at all, and said that if I wanted to use him, I would have to do it his way. I was flabbergasted. What an arrogant man who has no clue as to how to work with a customer! Best thing yet; I called his shop after our meeting and he said he was "passing" on the job - and hung up on me! Gotta love it.
