Went awesome. This guys installed an amazing 50 year Timberline roof, Grace ice and water shield and Copper flashing around chimney and valleys. Looks awesome and well installed.

I was very satisfied with their work and their professionalism. Phone calls were quickly returned. Their proposal was clear and detailed. There were no surprise charges. Workers were polite, friendly and cleaned up carefully. I would definitely recommend them.

Hired A&M Roofing to diagnose and repair a roof leak that was causing visible damage inside the house on a wall beside a door.They were referred to me by a Turpin realtor in Tewksbury. Once I selected A&M as my repair vendor, it required multiple phone calls to get the repair scheduled. When they came to do the repair, they removed the cesar around the chimney, installed new copper base flashing and counter flashing and sprayed the chimney with clear sealer.They charged me $1500 which was the exact amount of the estimate that they had provided. Two weeks later, the interior wall damage had doubled in size. I immediately called A&M and told them that the roof was still leaking and the damage to the interior wall had increased significantly since the repair. They sent someone over the next day to view the leak and agreed with my assessment. Then, we called them to find out when they were going to return to fix the job at which time they told us that it would cost an additional $1500 to fix the leak. They would not guarantee the work that they had done two weeks prior. They told me that they made an effort to fix the leak but leaks are tricky to diagnose. In the meantime, I had a friend visit the house and he looked at the external wall directly opposite the interior wall where the leak was causing the damage and identified the source of the leak. I hired another contractor to fix the "real" leak and it cost me $1200 including the replacement and repainting of a large section of the interior wall.

The price was very fair for the quality of work. They also do slate and copper work. They are very fast and neat at what they do. They clean up after themselves well.
