Fresh Coat Monmouth County

The one very well with the exception of a problem with the paint. But fresh coat to care of it as soon as possible.

Found the entire experience with Bob/Fresh Coat very professional from start to finish -- from the responsiveness (whether via email or phone), and overall the operation was well organized and thorough. They arrived and completed the job when they said they would and their clean up was spotless. Price was also comparable to other quotes from other providers but based on the quality certainly feels like we got a good bargain. Bob seemed like a very honest and principled guy -- he guarantees his work (it's in the contract you sign as well) -- I believe he least had 1 year warranty (maybe 2 for 2 coats which is what we got). Would definitely recommend him to other people.

From my first contact with Fresh Coat until the job was complete, Bob was responsive and responsible! He told us when they were coming...and they came. He told us what they were going to do, and they did it. He told us what it would cost, and that is what it did cost! How refreshing...(I wonder if we could get him to run for political office?)

They were very professional and cleaned up very well, but we complained about some poor caulking on the four posts out front and shabby painting around the drain-pipes. They said they would correct it, but we are still waiting for them to do anything. It's been almost two weeks since the job and we are beginning to wonder if they will ever correct the problem.
