We live in the Monmouth County, NJ area and just had the good fortune to have a plumbing issue resolved by AME. It's a family-owned business and we prefer to do business with small firms who need the revenue during these crazy times. They worked long and hard to resolve the issue, and the best part: They charged a VERY fair price in comparison to quotes from RotoRooter and AJ Perri. 5 stars are not enough.

Mark Marotta and his crew were great! The entire team were on time, were very neat in opening replacing and putting back my property when replacing my sewer line. Nicole from dispatch is always pleasant and supportive when speaking with her. I had a billing inquiry that I was working with Amy and both of them came through when assisting me. Overall I am very please with AME and plan on using then going forward for all plumbing repairs.

There was some confusion about the scope of work. Once that was determined, work was done fairly well at reasonable price. Had an issue with oxidation with one of the connecting copper tubes. This was addressed with a return visit as the work was rechecked throughout unit. Good communication regarding scheduling of appointments, pricing, and arrival times.

Very friendly. Owner was in the middle of everything that was being done. No BS sales pitch. Responded right away to my questions even after work was completed and paid in full. This is the 2nd time I use them and will definitely call them again if need it. All done at a reasonable price. Thanks AME...

My water main sprung a leak and began to flood my basement. Mark from AME came to my house that night to survey the situation and helped make sure everything was under control before he went home to his wife and kids. He showed up the next morning at 8am ahead of schedule with two extra hands and began to dig and trace this leak down. This was no easy task by any stretch of the imagination.. tho Mark and his team were relentless and we eventually made the call to put a new run in place. The best news was - I had running water that night and couldn't have been more thankful! He coordinated all the inspections and was there the very next day with the inspector and once it cleared he and his team began to return my lawn, gardens, and sidewalk back to normal. His craftsmanship, dedication, and authenticity truly make his company stand out in the crowd. Not only is he professional, but he's a genuine, down to earth guy, who isn't afraid to get dirty when the going gets tough... and hey if you play your cards right you may even end up with a guy you can call a friend at the end of the day.

I had a bad situation with a newly purchased home Mark and his team were amazing not only did they fix the plumbing/sewer problem but they were more professional and personable than any contractor I ve ever used, I highly recommend them

I made a call 8:30am on a Saturday morning and they were at my home by 1:00pm to view the broken water line. The new water line was installed on Monday at a very reasonable price.

Called a total of 5 plumbers to fix a sewer line issue. 3 were not in the ballpark. AME and another competitor were very close in their offer. Mark was able to come out quickly to see the issue. Also, Mark noticed the sewer line in the basement was hanging low and made an easy recommendation how to fix. The day before the scheduled appointment to perform the work I received a text confirming what time he would show up which I appreciated. I had concerns with digging up some of the underground sprinkler system but Mark assured me he would be careful not do any damage but said he would repair if there was any damage. While digging a 6 foot hole there was an irrigation line that he was able to work around. The job was finished in the time I was told. Mark was also nice enough to correct the sewer line in the basement he mentioned on his original visit. I would highly recommend Mark for any plumbing issues you have.
